The Ferndale Washington office has really bad service. Their people need to have more education. They also should answer the phone, after ten calls I gave up. I am switching banks.

please wells fargo ...hire more staffs.theres only 2 tellers and 1 account manager when i went there.there were ppl in line who came on thier lunch break but had to go back since 2 staffs cannot fully serve us.tellers r running back n forth serving drive thru n the people in line.i went to get a payee added to my account n was told i will hv to book an appt and no one is available after waiting in line for 26 mins.very pathetic service.

I've recently had a huge family emergency that created an instant need for travel. Unfortunately, it overdrew my checking account. Since that time, I have been unable to get out of the hole.I decided to call and see if any of the fees were at all reversible. I spoke with a wonderful man named Ruan (sp) and he was so kind and understanding. Not at all judgemental. He was able to reverse some fees to help me get back on track. This is an amazing and friendly branch and I will forever stay with Wells Fargo in any banking needs that I have! Thanks Ruan! You're a class act!

Be careful and read the fine print when you make transactions with Wells Fargo. Staff at Ferndale location are super friendly and efficient. I have never had any issues. Location is quite convenient. They also have a drive through as well.
