I wish i can go less than one star...worse customer service..nobody came to help at the counter on the photo side.when finally someone came he was totally unhappy helping. I apologize for this review but time is valuable for everyone .

We only use this Walgreens because the vastly superior local Ferndale Pharmacy cannot obtai particular prescription inhaler (we use Ferndale Pharmacy for everything else.) Today our experience here was typical. We pulled right up to the drive-thru window and from my position I could see 3 pharmacy staff on duty. It took a full 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence. We were simply picking up, so the actual transaction took about a minute. There was never any courtesy—not a smile, "how can I help?" or "thank you" at the end. Every pharmacy staff member we've dealt with here, inside or at the drive-thru, has been surly, if not rude. This is a training and management problem.

I purchased a gift card for Red Lobster here and no money was put on it! I talked to the store and they said I have to call Red Lobster. I called Red Lobster and they said I have to talk to Walgreens. The money was taken out of our account and yet the gift card does not work. No one will help. This is unacceptable. No trying to get money back through our bank. I will NEVER shop here again.

There was a line of 11 people and one cashier confused while trying to get thru the line while 2 other employees just sat next to the cooler peaking over watching them struggle and not helping took 45 mins to get thru 11 people with out help for this poor woman while her coworkers watched her struggle and didn't help

I have given this store's employees more than one chance to redeem themselves, knowing that everyone can have a bad day occasionally. However, each time I've returned the employees (including pharmacy staff) have been rude, unfriendly, inattentive, and generally very unpleasant. I will not return.

This really isn't a very good pharmacy. Always long lines, slow, and understaffed. No personal attention whatsoever. The only reason I get something filled here is because Ferndale Pharmacy can't get the item through their supplier. That's a wonderful pharmacy with great service. The Ferndale Walgreens is kind of a Soviet-style experience where you shuffle through a long line to be handed your merchandise from a surly clerk.

The pharmacy SUCKS. the staff are not good at paying attention to customers. I spent 45 minutes in the drive through line, car after car, just to see a sign that says “we will be with you in a sec”. i stopped by around 1 as well and that same sign is still there. I don’t know who is managing this pharmacy but they need to be replaced. Everytime i come here i wait extremely long, filling my prescriptions takes extremely long, i will not be using this walgreens anymore.

Older lady cashier at front. Never offers a bag. Never moves store merchandise from the counter to a bag. Seems bothered she has to ring up your merchandise like she has better things to do. I will travel to lakeway walgreens if i have to and I live closer to ferndale.

The pharmacy staff is terrible. I went to pick up a prescription via the drive through (this is not the first time it's happened). The pharmacy staff told me they misplaced my prescription and went on to make excuses about how many prescriptions they had. After a long wait I finally got my prescriptions. No apology for the long wait or for misplacing my prescription. Everyone makes mistakes, but the Ferndale staff makes it worse by making excuses and giving poor customer service.

Love Walgreens... My favorite convenience store by far. They stay open later than any other store and they restock their shelves daily. Their prices are fair, and they have great sales/deals going on all the time. Plus their rewards program allows u to earn Walgreens cash that u can use for ur purchases.
