I have given this store's employees more than one chance to redeem themselves, knowing that everyone can have a bad day occasionally. However, each time I've returned the employees (including pharmacy staff) have been rude, unfriendly, inattentive, and generally very unpleasant. I will not return.

This really isn't a very good pharmacy. Always long lines, slow, and understaffed. No personal attention whatsoever. The only reason I get something filled here is because Ferndale Pharmacy can't get the item through their supplier. That's a wonderful pharmacy with great service. The Ferndale Walgreens is kind of a Soviet-style experience where you shuffle through a long line to be handed your merchandise from a surly clerk.

The pharmacy staff is terrible. I went to pick up a prescription via the drive through (this is not the first time it's happened). The pharmacy staff told me they misplaced my prescription and went on to make excuses about how many prescriptions they had. After a long wait I finally got my prescriptions. No apology for the long wait or for misplacing my prescription. Everyone makes mistakes, but the Ferndale staff makes it worse by making excuses and giving poor customer service.

I like the fact you can get gifts made quickly for the holidays, such as calendars, canvases and enlargements. The prices with promo codes are reasonable. Just make sure your store has working equipment. Twice, recently, the copier was broken, or something was malfunctioning. Overall a good personal gift option.

I love Walgreens but I hate this location. I wish the management at Bellingham could help this location out. I get text updates about my prescription status and I go when it's "ready" and usually have to wait 30-50 minutes. Today I waited over an hour for my vaccine appointment and got a text while waiting that said "your vaccination is complete" what a joke. I'm honestly surprised the district manager or corporate doesn't do something about this. There are little problems with this location, but the biggest problem is the wait times. An elderly woman ahead of me today waited 2.5 hours, and then had to reschedule her ride and wait even longer because the pharmacy was so slow. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. It's faster to drive down to Bellingham to pick up prescriptions. Honestly, some days it would be faster to drive to Seattle or Canada than come here. Just awful. Wish I could put 0 stars.

Pharmacy is SLOW! Sometimes you get a nice person and sometimes you DONT! Today my beef is with the Cashier at the front. When I asked about the price being different than what was marked, she said "it's Tax". I asked for a receipt and she said she'd email it. She never did. I called and complained to the Manager and he never even apologized to me. What has happened to Customer Service?

NOT PLEASED with the photo center. I sent in pregnancy photos my daughter and I did with her very expensive camera!! Every photo turned out dark or foggy! On the computer they look gorgeous! I don't recommend trusting Walgrens to print out high quality photos as they will make them look like they were taken from an old 1980's 110 film camera that you cant view before you print! I would give no stars at all but that's not an option. Clerk at counter was very nice though and loved what the pictures POTENTIALLY could have looked like!

Walgreens Ferndale looks like a homeless encampment. All of the businesses around it with their manicured landscaping and flowerbeds and then there's Walgreen's looking like a scene straight out of The Walking Dead. It's sad really. I don't know why the city allows it to look like that right on the main street through town.

Woman at indoor pharmacy counter was very rude today just after 5 pm. I heard my receipt try to print and she walked away (with no "thank you" might I add) When she walked back I asked for my receipt (printer was empty and obvs had run out of paper bc I heard it try to print). Instead of that being a possible option, she very rudely said that I chose a digital receipt and that's why I'm not getting one. I did not choose a digital receipt and I told her that. However, she chose to argue with me and said "yes you did you chose a digital receipt that's why it didn't print." Very uncalled for. Even though I did need the receipt because what I was purchasing was for someone else, I chose to walk away bc you can't reason with people like that. I have checked my email several times and still no receipt. LOL.

It was tough to find items and they only had one cashier open and she was sitting down while she was ringing and was not very friendly.

5* Wonderful service at the Pharmacy, watched their customer service over a 30 minute busy period. Everyone was treated with respect, and felt valued. Their staff were efficient, professional and polite. Everyone had their questions answered. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I recommend them highly. Well done to them.

My wife had major surgery and when we went to refill pain medicine with a prescription on a Wednesday, were treated like drug addicts by 3 different people in the pharmacy. They told us they couldn't refill our prescription till Friday. Also told us if she wasn't taking more than recommended we wouldn't have this problem. She never took more than prescribed (2 every 4 hours as meeded.) I had to tell them to call the surgeon, and what do you know it was filled right away. We "were" long time customers but not any longer. I felt absolutely disgraced by all 3 employees. Instead of treating us like dirt you should just contact the Doctor. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I hate this pharmacy! They are slow and never organized. I've had to call each time to check on my prescriptions to have them tell me it's ready and then come to get them and they aren't ready! Seriously need to learn how to be more efficient at their job!

My refills are NEVER ready when I go to pick them up. NEVER. They are always missing one or put them back. It does not matter if I call them in, have my Dr call them in or use the online refill option. I ALWAYS have some issue.
