My uncle went into the store a couple days ago to try to get help resetting his voicemail password, which he forgot. The guy who helped him told him that nothing could be done, and he just needed to buy a new phone. He was extremely condescending and rude to my uncle, and basically shamed him for forgetting his password. This morning, my uncle went back and tried again. He showed up at 11:15 (15 minutes AFTER the store is supposed to open) and the door was locked. He knocked a few times until the person leaning on the counter playing on their phone finally came to unlock the door... it was the same guy. The guy once again told him that it was his fault for forgetting his password, and that the only thing he could do for him was sell him a new phone (which he can't afford). My uncle was pretty upset when he told me this because he can't afford a new phone (and the one he has is less than a year old!). When he told me the issue this afternoon, I was able to go online and find instructions on Verizon's website and reset the password in less than 2 minutes.This is so beyond unacceptable... the employee was rude and dismissive and unwilling to do his job and help an older person with an extremely basic request unless he was going to get a commission out of it. He is apparently also unable to unlock the store on time. My uncle didn't get him name, but it's the employee who was supposed to open the Ferndale WA store at 11am on 12/03/2023. I don't know if they could find a more useless employee if they were actively looking to recruit one.

Do not go here. Go to the actual Verizon store on sunset. I spent 3 hours here simply getting a new phone. The employees spent 2 of the 3 hours trying to sell me on home internet and a “free” Apple watch and “”free” ipad. After telling them no repeatedly to the ipad and Apple Watch, I left the store with my iPhone.When I logged on to my Verizon account later in the day I noticed that an ipad and Apple Watch had been added to my account by this store. Nearly doubling my monthly cost. It made me think that the employees had stolen the devices and open them in my name since I did not leave with the devices. When I called Verizon they advised they were opening a fraud investigation on the store.When I returned the next day to the store I spent another hour trying to square things away with them. Eventually they were able to cancel the plans by contacting the actual Verizon service number.Whole thing seemed very weird to me when all I wanted was a new phone.

Absolutely the worst experience for my husband and myselfAfter 4-5 hours of sales person trying to download old data from phone to new phone he let us take it home to doSpent 3-4 hours on a Sunday transferring infoBrought old phones back next day and they still wanted to charge us $40 each for set up feeClaiming they can not refund set up fee back to our cardFound out from other Verizon retail stores this is not trueI will discourage anyone thinking if going here

Took lunch late because 5 hours in the store yesterday was not long enough to get my upgrade right. Camera cover fell off in the box on the way home and they did not give me what I needed to apply for my warranty on the screen protector. Got here at 1:15 to a closed store with a note they will be back at 1:40. It's 1:54 now and no one has shown up. Not OK. ? Came back at 2:15 because I don't live close by and need this fixed today. New note says back at 2:40. I give up. :(

Not impressed. Verizon Customer Service told me to go to the store for an issue with my phone. Store hours are listed as 11-7pm. I arrive at 12pm and the store is closed. A call to verizon confirms no answer at the store, although they should be open. They are unable to tell me when someone will be onsite.

Had a dead phone while camping. There was some trouble porting number over but overwise the District Manager and employee working there were very customer focused and very friendly.

Took 4 1/2 hours to set up new phone and plan and still haven't completed it. Been dealing with this for over a week. Hoping they can get it fixed today. No one apologized for our time or thanked us for choosing Verizon. I would recommend going anywhere else.

In under 45 minutes I had a new phone with a great deal, new plan and kept my number. Great service and they went the extra mile to help me save 520 dollars on my phone.

Wish I couldn't give a star. The people running this store not only demonstrate a huge lack of integrity, competence, and miscommunication, but the service overall since switching to Verizon in December has been awful. This store should be being held accountable for their out and out unprofessionalism and lying. They have not even been able to get our bills and money right since December 17th.

Reps haven't a clue. I went in to pickup a phone I bought online and the rep said my order was marked completed by Verizon's back office because I didn't pick it up on a day they closed early due to the weather. She said my order would be automatically cancelled and my account would be too since it was brand new. She tried to get me to make a brand new account AGAIN and buy a second phone. I called customer support and they said the order wasn't completed or cancelled, and that it was just stuck in processing. Since then I've been told several times by customer service to call the store to confirm any changes on their end. I called 6-7 times on Christmas Eve while they were open, and over ten times today. No one answers the phone ever, you can't leave a message, and no one calls you back. The only way to get service is to drive all the way there (15 miles round trip), wait 30 minutes for it to be my turn, then get told it's not ready. Hell, when I went in and said I have an online purchase I was there to pickup, the rep that was there had no idea that was even a thing.

Purchased a phone through Verizon and had to pick up the phone at this location. What should've taken under 20 min, took an hour and a half after the associate failed to complete the transaction 2 times needing calls to Verizon to undo the sale each time. After asking to have a manager call me, no one did. Called the store with no answer, after about 10 tries on various days/times finally got a hold of someone who said the associate was new, that I shouldn't write a review, and that the negative experience was my issue. I asked to be called by the regional manager, no call. The new manager reached out to see if we wanted to upgrade our phone so after laying the whole experience out, he offered me a discount to buy more things. So in essence they wanted me to spend more money to make up for my awful experience. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he would email them and cc me, it's been 3 days with no contact. Worst store and customer experience, I would discourage others from shopping at this location.
