I love the personal service at this branch. I actually live in Bellingham but I drive to ferndale whenever I need to take care of business in person. Brian, the bank manager, goes above and beyond to solve issues that I am having with my online account.

In 50 years of banking - both as a customer and a bank officer - I have never encountered such a disappointing and frustrating organization. For no valid reason (they could not even come up with a plausible fairy tale) they claimed to have "information leading us to believe the check may not be paid". The checks were payable to me - some were issued by multimillion dollar companie. After TWO months, all the checks cleared long ago, but US Bank will not release my $5,000+ deposit. Don't know if they are just incompetent or actually malevolent. At any rate, please be advised US Bank is NOT someone you want to do business with. If a simple checking account can go this wrong, I shutter as to what disasters could befall even a slightly complicated transaction.

What a waste of time. Spent 45 minutes to accomplish nothing. Felt like I was having a background check for a cashier's check even though I have money in two other accounts. Then wanted to wait for another unspecified amount of time for another teller. Not happy

Moved my money after 14 years. The banker was unwilling to reverse a $5 fee for having under $300 in an account then charged $30 NSF when there wasn't enough funds to pay the $5 fee. What a scam. So I pulled $100k from my other accounts. Terrible. Bye bye customers.....wave slowly as we all trickle out the door.

Do not accept checks from this bank. Thay will not let a small business cash them if the bounce. They expect the small business to put it through again and pay a fee again when it bounces. They refuse to cash there own check even if You enter there bank with there Check. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THERE OWN CHECKS horrible bank

I dealt with the manager at the location and he was extremely rude, had an attitude, and didn't do a great job explaining things. All of the other employees are awesome!
