I returned a $140 Carhartt coat because the zipper was faulty. I admit, it was 15 minutes to close, but if the two employees there had done their job even HALFWAY correctly, there would have been no problem.First the issue was that she couldn’t find the coat that I needed to return on my ONLY, 6-itemReceipt from the last 10 months. I looked at her computer and immediately could tell what item on the receipt the coat was, and pointed it right out to her. She was very like, stuck up- acting, and still took a remarkably long time after i showed her how to get to where she needed to be, during which i said, reading the table sign for “Hassle free returns”, “oh good! I paid with debit so I get cash back; gosh I hate to wait to get my money back on my card, since sometimes it takes 10 days and sometimes it takes like two, you know?”According to their table sign, it clearly states that if you pay with debit the only listed form of refund that you get back is cash. Well, give it another seriously about six minutes for her to just look at her computer and randomly push a button every once in a while, and then she asked me to put my Card into the card machine. I asked her if she could tell me the last four From my receipt (she looked it up on my loyalty account), Or at least whether it was a MasterCard or visa, and she was too lazy to go to the page that told her that so she tried telling me she couldn’t, and then I said well if I accidentally try the wrong one, is that OK? can I try again? Because it most other stores if you pay with a debit card and even if you return with the receipt and you get cash back, you still need to show them the original card.So the girl has me sign my receipt slip for my refund, and then she hands me another receipt and says, “ok, there you go, we’re closed now.”I asked her why I didn’t get the type of refund that the sign on her checkout counter clearly stated I was going to get, and that I even mentioned it to her at length! She was like “I wasn’t paying attention when you said anything, because Icouldn’t find the coat”. So I asked if the manager who was standing by the door waiting for us to leave, could possibly do something to fix her mistake and she was like I don’t know, my husband got his attention, and he came over and acted like it was SUCH a HUGE hassle, just based on his exaggerated, pathetic sigh and body language. At first, I thought maybe he was annoyed with her, and then I realized it was us, and when I told him “I’m sorry, but I seriously told her to do the exact opposite thing and I didn’t even know that she was allowed to do it the way she did because your sign says exactly this“, showing him the signs, and he instantly started raising his voice, and had a super angry look on his face, And he was like “look lady it is already done” And I was like there’s nothing you can do to fix this? it’s not my fault at all?To which he replied, “how about you just get out?!” , and when my husbandAnd I said what we had the right to say, which was that he should help us because it was not our fault. It was their mistake, and a pretty outrageously stupid one at that, and he followed us out the door, super angry, and then, as we were leaving, slammed the automatic sliding doors so loud that they broke. Literally. At this point, he was just screaming, incessantly and saying you know what never come back never come back!I know people have legitimately rough days sometimes! I am often very understanding when somebody in customer service is not that nice. Everybody’s fighting Their own battles every day And I 100% empathize with that. But this manager was obviously some Super lazy dude with absolute anger issues, like, unreasonable rage. And the girl, Judith, was so bad at one of the most fundamental parts of her job, try to blame me every time she couldn’t figure something out, and then used “I wasn’t listening to you when you were talking” as the excuse for why she returned my money onto my card, even though their policy is to refund in cash. She was an idiot. He was mean and abusive.

I have usually had great experiences at this Tractor Supply store, however this last time I went in to bath two of my dogs. My son and I was approached by and employee (David) in the dog wash room about 10 minutes into our washing he asked if we were together and then proceeded to tell us that one of our dogs deficated all through the store and we had to clean it up. Since we were BOTH bathing dogs, I apologized as I did not see that one of our dogs deficated. We hadn’t stopped or any of our dogs stop through the store but it would have to wait until we were done with our animals. He then told us “I will have stuff waiting for you when you are done” and left. Fast forward and hour later we had finished with our dogs and cleaned up the dog wash area. We came out of the wash station and I didn’t see anything or any cleaning supplies. I received a phone call and as I was walking down the aisle, he(david) appeared and I asked him wher the cleaning stuff was if there was still feces. He responded “yea it’s over there” and walked away, not showing not being helpful.Other people were in the store and as I was talking with my daughter on the phone telling her what was going on, David suddenly appeared and in a pretty bit nice tone was like “EXCUSE ME! You are the only ones that have had dogs in here all day!I was not arguing with him nor even engaging in conversation with him. He proceeded to “stand guard” watching me clean up and pointing out spots.I was more appalled by his treatment towards me and the fact he was okay with leaving feces on the floor for an hour and okay with having customers have to walk around and near it.I am NOT arguing if it was or was not my dog (even though I don’t think it was, that’s not the point)His treatment and smugness and lack of ability to simply be like “hey I believe your dogs deficated in the store. Can you clean it up and or noticing that we were right in the middle of a bath say I will clean it up as we can’t have customers shopping with this but please be aware or whatever in the future.The gal at the register appeared embarrassed by him but she simply stated that she was new and he was “higher” than her.The attitude and actions just are not acceptable.

Great dog wash! At least one dishonest customer though! I accidentally left Crux's large purple konig collar WITH black tags hanging on the drying table. Came back and someone took it. I get its difficult to find large collars for female dogs. Things are expensive (Tags themselves too) these days but, come on man! My dogs collar! Pathetic! I'd start keeping a look out TSC. If they need to take a simple collar I'm sure they'll be back for other things they need but, can't afford.

Today we had planned to use the dog wash stations at Tractor Supply Ferndale. We're traveling from north county with our two senior dogs (8 and 14 yrs). We wanted to come in at the end of the day to avoid crowds for our dogs' sake. We called ahead and the person who answered the phone said the dog area is open until 8pm. Perfect! We got there at 7:32pm.When we arrived the cashier said we'd need to be quick because the dog wash area closes at 7:45pm. Okay. . . We can do that. On our way back to the dog wash area another employee said the dog wash area closes at 7:30pm. I said because we had called, ahead AND were just assured by the front desk person that the dog wash area is open that we'd be using it. Then, a male staff person said "it's closed" and physically blocked the doors to the dog wash area. He said they cannot accommodate us using the area because "we have to close at a certain time." the store closes at 9pm, and it's 7:30pm. This guy continued on, saying we can't use the area. He would not budge about it even when I said we'd clean the space after use, he said "no you won't."I then went to the front desk person and asked to talk to the manager (yeah, I was that person), and the same guy came up and said he was the manager. He said "I don't know what you want me to do" and stared at me. I'm pissed- I just drove 20+ minutes to get here with my two geriatric dogs. I called ahead too. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Really nice store. They had exactly what we were looking for, and the staff were friendly and professional. We hadn't been to this location before but will definitely return!

Tractor supply still has some chicks but not variety. They are suppose to get ducks. CHS has quail. They have a variety of feed and supplies.

Very quiet store, very clean and the staff are helpful. They have a decent selection of tools, feed, pet supplies and general hardware. I live in Bellingham but I'll be returning to this store rather than hitting up my local hardware stores.

I can't seem to get over the day my good friend and I walked into Tractor Supply, delighted at the fact we were actually able to park in one, of two, designated (and highly advertised) Veterans parking spots. I would give this two giant thumbs up, except, when we went to pay for a few items (Justin Boots are not cheap), we were informed that they do not have any Veterans Discounts. We were shocked at this discovery. My friend, who is a Veteran himself, asked me to drive him to Tractor Supply, after he discovered on their website, that Tractor Supply works with Veterans groups in our local community...or so they said. Unfortunately, even after double checking with the manager, Tractor Supply doesn't offer a Veteran discount. We left, feeling as if they falsely advertised on their website and by offering a couple parking spots to the Veterans in the community. My friend and I, will only give them three stars. Tractor Supply does offers later hours than their competitors, and yes, they still offer two Veterans parking spots. The last star, I will give them, for honoring a decent return policy, to customers that have an account with them. Really though, they get four thumbs down, for our Veterans. I know marijuana stores in town, that easily offer 20% off to our Military, on top of other discounts, for just being a valued customer.
