Maybe like yourself, I was done with the sleezy, shady, slow, service so many other boomer CPAs offer. Alex and his team are by the far best I've worked with. No contest. My last CPA would charge $75 for a 10 minute phone call. Many service based businesses are mostly smoke and mirrors to make you overpay while they provide minimal effort for a mediocre service or product.Not Alex. Genuine, knowledgable, professional, responsive, polite. He's got your best interest at heart. Call em' and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I guess my previous review wasn't posted because I posted the same review on Yelp. Trying it again.If you are looking for a tax professional, Alex at The Hall of Tax might be a good fit. If you are looking for bookkeeping services, I would really look somewhere else. I have a client that had been using their tax and bookkeeping services for the past seven months. As far as everyone knew, everything was going fine. There were the usual questions and things to sort out, but everything was moving forward. This past June we were told that the Company was “not a good fit”. This was 10 days before the end of the month. In addition, their services would end after that payroll in 10 days. I have been an accounting professional and CFO for over 25 years. I have never heard of anything like this. As an accounting professional we have a duty of care to our clients. That duty was not applied here. There was no explanation for the abrupt change. Thankfully we were able to transition the company to a larger firm in Bellingham. In addition, there was a material IRS payment made with out consulting my client on the timing and amount of the payment. It came as a surprise.

I highly recommend this Family Owned Business for any Tax needs.Alex and Heather are kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They take their time with each client and ensure people get the necessary information. I highly recommend them.

When our previous accountant sold to corporate America. It was time to find someone new. Alex was recommended by our financial advisor and others. We weren't disappointed. He and his staff are all quite personable and ready to answer any questions throughout the year. They also have a great working relationship with our financial advisor. That's a big plus right there.

He's already saved me a lot of money and his advice along the way has been invaluable to my peace of mind and bottom-line. When you work with Alex and The Hall of Tax, you do get tax help but he also has a network of people that have helped me more effectively run my business.

ALEX HALL came highly recommended by our financial advisor. In our first year he spotted a rather obtuse investment notation that saved us $7,000. I doubt few would have noticed it. His charges are more than reasonable. ALEX clearly knows his business. He is efficient, personable, and has, perhaps, the best attribute of all---A good attitude! He and HEATHER have become our good friends. I highly recommend ALEX and "The Hall of Tax" as a firm of trust and responsibility.

I have not filed my taxes for years and was trying to get caught up. Alex was beyond words a blessing. All I had to do was answer some questions to the best of my knowledge sign the paper work and he did the rest. 6 years worth that I didn't even have information about. He made this just an easy experience from start to finish and helped me get my life on track. I will never use another tax service besides him I will be a life long customer.
