I have used superfeet for the last 17 yrs and they work great. I use the green insolesfor the arch support and I have never had a problem. I buy two pairs a year. Thank you superfeet.

Terrible customer service. Poorly made products. As a previous dealer of their products I can assure they are a bad company to work with. They Don’t adhere to their own warranty or terms and make poorly manufactured footbeds. Companies aren’t bad on their own. Bad people work here. It’s the people that make a company bad.

Sufferer of plantar fasciitis due to high arches here. Went to Becks Shoes in Bellingham. They hooked me up with Superfeet. One week later and zero pain. I’m a lifer now.

The Keep It Real Guy is here with my review, so lets get after it! I purchased them at a well known shoe store In Encino, California its a fitting a store so you get fit correctly! I was told by my podiatrist to get a pair of of ortho inserts for support. I purchased them and found them to be well made, and solid but in 6 months they were worn out, I went right through them! I would think at $50.00 a pair, they would last more than 6 months! These are quite expensive compared to the ones you can purchase from the Shoe repair stores, or on line. So for me will I buy another from this company no!!! You can go to a shoe store and if your unhappy, the large chains, they will throw the shoes in the trash can and tell you to go and pick out another pair at no cost! Its all about customer satisfaction, customer service, there is no price for good will!! I have been in business for the past 45 years, we have a saying one unhappy customer, is one to many! This company can reach out to me, and will update my review. As always Keeping It Real my promise to all my Yelpers!

Cost has gone thru the roof! I have bought and used superfeet for several years. My last purchase was 4 years ago, buying the green ones for $30. They now are being sold for $50! Sorry, this was a good product but I won't buy them again because of this!

Stay away from this company. Grossly overpriced inserts that are mediocre quality. They do not back their products. 60+ dollars for inserts that would be overpriced it they charged $20 and probably cost less that $2 to make. Good luck dealing with customer service. Bottom line is you are out whatever you paid for them, because was they get the money, they are finished with you.

I have been wearing their inserts for 2 years, 3 shoe cycles later. Technically you can re-use the inserts when you get a new pair of shoes depending on wear, however, I always like to have a fresh study pair. I have weird arch feet in combination with a consistent back pain, therefore, these really help when walking. My color is pink or orange, depending on the shoe and how hard I need to have them. They do last a long time. Prices are high but at the same time average with others on the market. Better return and warranty policy than other insert companies.
