Our purchase seemed like frozen defrosted dinosaur meat. Our family barbecue was a culinary disaster, every plate with left over meat and it wasn't the fault of the chef. Not sure what grade quality their meat is but it seemed freezer burned. The prices seemed high in comparison to most stores.
