I really like their customer service. Everyone is so friendly, and I can feel their enthusiasm and joy. That day, I forgot my sunglasses, but they kindly kept it for me, allowing me to successfully retrieve them. I appreciate!

I have always gone to this location and thought the staff was great until my last visit. To the lady with the golf cap working the window, You we're beyond rude to me! All I wanted was to pick up some coffee for my brother and you snapped. I was understanding and gave you my money without being rude back.You definitely did not need to react the way you did. I was nothing but respectful to you even though you were raising your voice at me. Once it was time for me to drive off, I still said have a nice day with a smile and you didn't even respond. You just looked at me quickly and turned your back. My 10 year old made a comment about how rude you are!Your vibe made me very uncomfortable! This wouldn't be the first time you were rude to me. There has been a couple other occasions where you didn't greet us at all. Everyone else is great. They make conversations too!The fact that you made a complaint to corporate and lied saying I argued or yelled to cover your own butt is just childish! SHAME ON YOU!!!I know quite a few people who drive all the way to Bellingham's location just to avoid this one! I will be doing the same!You need more training with your customer service skills because they aren't so great. Or just find another job!

This Starbucks location is bright, sunny, and cheerful no matter what time of year you visit due to all the windows. Very easy to get to, but plan to wait if you want the drive through during peak hours. It's often backed up or wrapped around the building. I prefer to go inside. Lots of things in the case to try, friendly service, and great drinks of course.

I have been to this place repeatedly, and every time, EVERY time they are rude, they don’t get the order right, and me and my son order the same thing ever time. Today my son went to get us drinks, I called him because my coffee was half full. He has had ANOTHER TERRIBLE experience at this place. They refused to remake his coffee when they didn’t give him what he paid for and my coffee was almost 1/2 empty! We will not be going to this Starbucks again!! And the lady was beyond rude today!!!

I asked for a blended latte they told me the closest thing I could get to it was a frappe-chino, I then told them I wanted an iced latte but blended instead of on the ice. They said I could get a blended coffee not a blended latte, I have never had my coffee request not full-filled before. Very unpleasant experience.

A very nice Starbucks. Great location, and I am treated with kindness and sincerity. Lots of concrete and hard surfaces, so it can be a bit loud - but maybe I'm just getting old

Nice space with good service but it's always freezing in there. Bring layers. They need to take it easy with the year-round air conditioning!

First time at this location. I was going to order something, but when I saw my coworker was the only one waitkng twelve minutes for his coffee.I decided to skip it.He informed me that he had to wait for the staff to make all the drive thru, app orders and doordash pick ups first.I laughed and said, " This is my 'first' visit, sad visit, and last visit."
