My wife asked for the smallest needle in the building to be used, a small children's needle, and the guy drawing her blood felt that he needed to prove that he could get the job done with an adult needle, even though he doesn't know her medical history or the fact that anything puncturing her skin is intensely painful for her due to her neuropathy. He was told she was allergic to the adhesive on medical tape, and yet after using the incorrect gauge needle, he still attempted to place medical tape on her and then told her she was overreacting when he was told *again* that she was allergic to the adhesive.

Very rude and indifferent. You felt like they hated their job and you were a huge inconvenience. It might as well been a robot serving me. Surprisingly humans treat other humans that way. What ever happened to customer service?

If you want me to schedule an appointment online, then don’t make it impossible to do so. Very frustrating. I have no complaint about the local personnel.

attitude seems to be a problem with some of your lab technicians.In the big dirt building by the hospital, its"sit...we'll call you when ready!" "Next....sit here!" "your Dr. will notify you..there's the exit!" No class whatsoever from the people you hire. whats wrong with being pleasant especially when you're the only ones there. They weren't busy.This quest is definitely a NO-CLASS Co!you hire trash...you get results. Perhaps its the management....

I don't know why there are so many one stars because when I went here it was my first time and the lady was absolutely amazing. She is super sweet I don't remember her name but she has glasses and she's a little bit older and she made my experience fun and enjoyable even though I was getting poked. So I say go see for yourself it was just fine and there was absolutely barely any wait time

Friendly and does a very good job, improper hygiene and PPE. While drawing blood the phlebotomist touched their face to pull down the phlebotomist's mask into a "mask goat-ee" being very talkative, also was exposed to the influenza virus at home during this time.Terminally ill patients are required to come here every 2-3 weeks, Quest Diagnostics in Ferndale would be less of a fatality risk for these patients if proper hygiene and PPE is used , especially when asked for.

This lab used to be awesome but not anymore. Their newest employee is all about lunch breaks and closing time; she didn't even bother to process the expensive test we purchased at the doctor's request; she has also turned our home health nurse away because it was too close to closing time. I am beyond upset with the complete absence of customer service at this location and will go ANYWHERE ELSE for labs in the future! I have written to their corporate office, so we'll see what the true culture of this company is.

Made an appointment on their website on Friday morning for a Friday morning (same day appointment). Arrived early and the place was quiet as there was no one in the waiting room. I signed in at a mobile kiosk with my driver's license and insurance card. A few minutes later I was in the back with a friendly young phlebotomist. She was super patient with me (I have difficult veins) and I have to say she is one of the best I have dealt with in recent years. What could be easier?Nothing! Very clean, nice parking lot with lots of spots. Safe area. My new go to lab yay!

Quick and friendly service. I made an appointment the day before and I was in and out in under 10 minutes! There’s a little self check-in kiosk, so be ready with your ID, insurance, and confirmation code.

Says they close at 12 for lunch. I waste gas to get there arriving at 11:40am and was then told they're closing for lunch and to make an appointment.

I had made an appointment since they aren't open hours I am not at work. After I had been waiting for 30 mins someone came to call another person's name and I ask how much longer since I have to be at work ( mind you the appointment time was an hour before I had to work so I though plenty of time) she said "oh I don't know" the the lady that called back said he had been waiting and hour after her scheduled appt. What is going on in the place? Why even have appts?
