Kind, professional, and overall great service. Not sure what the other reviews are about, maybe staff that used to be there before.

I went to the Ferndale Quest Lab and had a great experience. Pardeep was so kind and an excellent phlebotomist. Just what you want when you hate having your blood drawn; kindness and skill.

I’ve never had a problem getting blood drawn, they pushed the needle to deep and then back to the vein causing some crazy marks on my arm. Will definitely try a different location and maybe quest needs to find some more capable employees since my review seems on par with many others.

There was a problem with my lab test order. The two women in the lab did everything, plus some, to straighten it out. I had to call the doctor's office and was treated very poorly by the receptionist on the phone and became quite upset. The two women in the lab were so sweet to me. They were very kind.

Your staff at the Ferndale Quest were terrific in spite of the fact that they must deal with many patients who are frustrated by their experience with your faulty computer site and the check in process. My orders that were sent on 2/22/24 were not received. There is no choice for labs in Whatcom Co but I am complaining to Peacehealth re: this horrible experience. This is not first time I have experienced trouble getting an appointment or checking in.

Our reservation was made over the phone and given a code to check in and they did not have it upon my arrival. This is at least the 3rd time I have not been "in the system". The tech who was assigned to take my blood sample was impatient and unfriendly to me. Her technique was very unorthodox. She jabbed the needle in my arm rather than gently entering the vein.

Lab tec was beyond rude! Screamed at me because I signed in as a walk in and told me I could sit there till they closed for all they cared and screamed in my face. Would not trust them at all with my veins if they are that unstable.

The lady who took my blood pushed the needle further and further into my skin each new vial until it was through the inner side of my vein. When she saw the blood was no longer flowing into the vials (since the needle was no longer in my vein), she got flustered and pushed it in further. As she did with my wife, too. The staff at sunset Safeway is friendlier, and far more competent

My wife asked for the smallest needle in the building to be used, a small children's needle, and the guy drawing her blood felt that he needed to prove that he could get the job done with an adult needle, even though he doesn't know her medical history or the fact that anything puncturing her skin is intensely painful for her due to her neuropathy. He was told she was allergic to the adhesive on medical tape, and yet after using the incorrect gauge needle, he still attempted to place medical tape on her and then told her she was overreacting when he was told *again* that she was allergic to the adhesive.
