Joe was such a pleasure to work with. (He is the Maintenance man) Showed us a few options for units, we realized we made a mistake after paying for the unit, he was very understanding and had no issue switching everything over to a new unit. 10/10 deserves a raise! this man is the the heart of the company and you can tell he took pride in his work and enjoyed it.

Joe help me rent a storage unit pretty easily. He helped me walk through the process. I recommend renting in person or via phone because the website is pretty terrible and doesn't explain all the options.

Joe is the front desk receptionist, I was 5 days late on a payment because of a death in my family, I previously called and spoke with Joe on Monday the 13th, he gave me a price and assured it would be the same price when I called to pay it in the next few days. Then I call to pay via phone and he raised the price another $15 dollars.. I had asked why his price was not the same he said maybe I should learn to pay on time.. I tried to explain a family member had died and that was why I called last week and would be late… but he hung up on me, then when I called back he said my account was In the red and someone would speak with me in the next few days about it.. I wouldn't recommend this facility to even people I didn’t like… Completely unacceptable to treat people like that when everyone is having a hard time paying bills. I would understand if I was months behind… not 5-7 days. Self storage laws are in place to protect individuals from companies like this.. make sure you read them before storing your stuff at a facility joe works at.

Joe provided great and friendly service by providing a selection of storage spaces for me to preview in various square footages. The paperwork was simple and fast.
I chose this location for convenience but also for the security.

It was our first time going in to rent a unit. Joe was at the desk He was extremely helpful and patient while we dug out documents from truck and wallet. He explained the cost, the code to get in, the hours, where the unit was located and was very thorough. We were appreciative.

This is a great storage facility! The prices are very reasonable, the buildings and individual units are well kept and clean, and you can choose climate controlled or not. We can drive right up to our spot, so there's very little distance to carry things. I can't even complain about the location! I also like that there's decent security including a gate with a personalized code to get inJoseph was the attendant who assisted us when we moved in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great sense of humor. He made the entire process of signing up really easy, which was much appreciated after having a very long day! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Is this the fanciest storage place? No. Is the service good? Yes. Is the pricing good? Yes.We have been using it for various purposes for years now and I recommend it.

Clean facilities. Reasonably priced for the area. Friendly staff. No garbage or recycling nearby and they only have a porta potty for customers. Those are my only two qualms.
