Best O’Reillys in Whatcom county hands-down. Store is always nice and well put together. They have lots of stuff in stock here counter sales people are darn good here too.

I worked a long day today , it started by me, snapping my windshield wiper on a frozen windshield, and then discovering my headlight was out. I worked early and got off late taking care of patients. When I was done for the day I ran out to the Ferndale O’Reillys. There I was helped out by a a man who was not only kind and knowledgeable but a professional named Jess. Jess not only put my windshield wiper on but also my headlight. I can’t say enough good about the treatment I was shown. Thank you Jess again for such knowledge and help.

Super awesome. Definitely had some issues with other staff but brie and jess are my heroes. Came in with a busted headlight and they helped me through the whole setup with a new assembly lights, and fuses. Those two wonderful people made my day today and possibly week. I also learned lots from them while they brought a sense of comfort and friendliness. 10/10 forgot to buy turtle wax and will gladly take the excuse to come back.

I stopped by here on December 8th because I had a couple dashboard lights come on. The battery light and the ABS light. So I thought I'd stop and ask for a diagnostic test. I was told that since it was the battery light, he wasn't going to do a diagnostic but he would check the battery. He checks the battery, says it's good, and asks me to start the car to see if the lights still come on which of course they did not. He said everything was all good and sent me on my way. Yesterday, my car broke down right near a busy intersection, in the pouring rain. Long story shorter, I just paid $200+ to have someone come look at my car to find out the battery's no good. Only good thing is that the price of the battery is included in that $200+. I DO NOT recommend stopping at this store.
