I just purchased my third vehicle at MB motors in two years. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. Staff is very polite, patient and service oriented
On the two business transactions I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with George Boulos, he is patient and always tries to get you the best deal. I definitely recommend him since he is not a person that goes out and takes advantage of clients who are not too familiar with purchasing cars. He is trustworthy to the point that without a doubt I would not hesitate in purchasing another car from him.

I bought a used car here for my mother and I should have listened to my gut feeling when I asked the salesman if I could take the vehicle to a dealership to have it looked over and was told they couldn't let the car go that long because they sell fast and to rest assured all the vehicles are checked by their service dept. In the end, we needed a complete brake job within the first month of owning the vehicle when only 47 miles had been driven since the purchase that cost us $1,300. Money that could have been saved either by insisting to have the car looked over prior to purchase or just walking away from the deal (lesson learned). Also, I'm pretty sure they get most, if not all of their vehicles from Canada and I'm not sure if they use salt up there but when mechanic showed me the brake assembly prior to repair it was a rusty mess.

These guys flood the Craigslist page with estimate monthly payment numbers instead of the price for the actual vehicle.

MB MOTORS LLC sells dangerous broken down vehicles they do anything they can to cover up the safety hazards and mechanical issues with their cars when selling. Dealing with the car this dealership sold is a living nightmare they are known for selling lemons. MB MOTORS LLC needs to be held accountable for selling dangerous cars. And don't try to act like I'm not in your system I've dealt with your employees Pete and George horrible people for selling dangerous cars. Fraudulent companies only last so long. Take Responsibility for the dangerous cars you sell!

I’ve bought more than one car from this dealership. The actual car buying process was great. They have beautiful cars at the bham lot, Pete from the Ferndale location is great, Jorge at the Bellingham location is great.. i’d buy another car from them in the future, BUT THAT IS ALL.. Unfortunately, if you need anything AFTER you drive off the lot, you’re better off taking it somewhere else. Just as other reviewers have said, they fix/look at your car ON THEIR TIME and their mechanics need more training outside of the basics.

After much consideration my husband and I decided to buy a RAM truck. Then we had to decide which one to buy as they have heaps of different styles. We thought we wanted a 1500 Hemmi and so off we went to Mt Vernon and Bellingham. We spent 8 hours at dealerships and came away tired and still not sure what we wanted.We took a break. Buying a truck now is like putting a down payment on a house. You really need to research your options.The day we decided to start looking again we started with Ferndale MB motors because I asked a man at a gas station driving a Ram where he bought it and what his experience was. I would never have thought to go there because it is a very small dealership and I have driven past it many times and not noticed it. It was on our way to Bellingham and Mt Vernon as well.What a diamond in the rough this hidden gem is. We were greeted by Pete. Hello MB motors you have one Hell of a salesman there!!! He listened to what we thought we wanted and then talked to us about a 2018 Eco Diesel that had just come in. The 2019 we had come to look at was not at the dealership at the moment. Thank heavens because we ended up buying a diesel with better gas mileage and only 33,333 miles in mint condition. We took it for a drive and that was it. Our search was over.We highly recommend Pete if you want a fair price, a knowledgeable no pressure experience and you get continued support after the sale.Thank you Pete for making a potentially difficult and stressful experience a great experience.Shean and Richard Halley

If you are needing a new truck, go see Pete at the Ferndale location. Great guy and makes the process quick and painless. I have always dreaded going to dealerships but this was a great experience and they have my business moving forward for every vehicle.

Beware. They don't do their due diligence especially with titles and title checks - they illegally sold a Toyota 4runner with a junk title (illegal to even drive). Then they were a-holes when confronted with the problem. Buyer beware!

Well, cant even get thru the front door and ego. Called to buy a car that is a perfect fit for me and the sales rep is more interested in ego than sales.I wonder how that shows up in a pay check.I still am interested in the car, but I am not gunna put out effort just to get into the office.
