I’ve thought back and forth on what to write that made my experience so terrible here…in short: Carol Coffman. She was terrible to deal with, disregarded my concerns, LIED (found out after going to two other professionals), and spent half the session talking about politics. She shouldn’t be doing this job. She’s a terrible person to work with and over shares unprofessional opinions. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I found other people online that have had terrible experiences with her and we have been sharing how she’s messed up our taxes as well as made it so that we never go back to this location ever again. When I say my review is not the only bad experience she’s given, I mean it. Please do consider going elsewhere.

I had years of great service from my previous tax agent Anna Z. at this location and when they retired and weren’t available my partner and I had to use Carol Coffman. She was terrible. She rushed through my appointment and dismissed my questions about charity donations and how they would affect taxes. And on top of all of that as we were leaving she made a racist remark to my partner. I can not stress how terrible she is and unprofessional. After speaking to several tax professionals at different locations they expressed that this isn’t the first time she has done this to customers. Please do not use her “services”.

Anna is my hero.I am not speaking hyperbolically when I say I am welling up with tears of joy and relieve.After being beaten down by the bureaucracy and stonewalling from the IRS. One lovely call with Anna and suddenly there is room to breathe.When it comes time for her retirement, H&R Block will be losing a true gem of a person.From the bottom of my heart,Thank you.
