It's a really nice grocery store. Across-the-board, it does seem as though it's about 20% more expensive than competing grocery stores. But if you're looking for specialty items, like floral, cakes, deli... they really do a fantastic job. Just expect to pay more for it.I would say that my experience there is that the staff level of customer service is about average.

If you are searching for the perfect cake, for a special occasion- even last minute! They are beautifully decorated, delicious and come in all various sizes.

I waited for an hour in front of the cashier to get my vaccine after checking in. Nobody checked on me even though they clearly could see me waiting at the seat. I was patient, but seriously got frustrated in the end, so I asked Kathy at the Drop-off why it was taking so long since the pickup cashier had constant people coming. She said that they were looking for me which was not true, and then finally the pharmacist came out and took me into the room. They prepared a different vaccine and were about to give it to me, but thankfully I was able to collect him. Nobody apologized to me about this whole mess but even blamed me that I should’ve checked with the cashier sooner. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with today’s visit.

Yesterday I was in the deli only ordering food for my daughter. Her x girlfriend who works in the deli kicks me out of the store because of conflict between her and my daughter. I called management and she tells me oh well that's between you and her lol what kind of pos management is that? So I guess the moral of this is an employee can kick you out according to management..

Produce Department is top notch! Absolutely beautiful. Friendly, helpful employees and large selection. Also love the prepared foods/ready to take home and eat section. Great stuff!

I showed up to my scheduled appointment at 2pm for a vaccine booster shot. The front desk person asked for my vaccine card for proof of first two shots I assume. They kept it for the doctor. After 25 minutes of waiting past my schedule appointment time I no longer could wait so I asked for my vaccine card back. The front desk lady thought she gave it back to me. I told her no one gave it back to me. She then realized the doctor had it, in return I stated I still want my vaccine card back, Then another pharmacist told me the doctor was ready but for the third time I demanded my vaccine card back. It did not matter that the doctor was ready for me 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had other appointments and need at least 30 minutes after a shot because I get very light headed and near passing out. After 3 demands of my vaccine card back, they ignored my requests and had no other choice to leave. They currently still have my vaccine card

There used to be a Haggen's in Tualatin, Or I would go to occasionally. I was in my 20's and they had a fantastic micro brew selection. I didn't know Haggen's was still around until I came across this one. It was set up just like the one in tualatin so it was familiar and it had a fantastic micro brew selection, but I was there for groceries. I remember them being on the high end price wise. And here was no different, but factor in the current inflation and it wasn't a pretty number at the check out. But fully stocked, fresh veggies and meat. Deli cold and hot entrees ready eat for a quick dinner. Liquor if you want it. A quality grocery store.

After coming here monthly for well over 7 years and always being impressed by their service I am switching my prescriptions elsewhere. They are just simply understaffed and cant help anymore the way they used to. They dont pick up the phone and you cant even leave a voice mail. Sometimes it takes more than a day to refill things.Somehow they cant stock prescriptions on time anymore and will not warn you about a medication being out a stock even after sending a refill request and them promising it by a certain time. I made the request the day before and they promised it by 3:22 today and I went in at 5 to find they dont even have it in stock. Coulda told me that so I could take the script elsewhere... It was kind of important and timely but oh well I guess. They really dont care anymore. I wish they could just admit they cant properly help people anymore due to understaffing and send people elsewhere. It would be a win win for everybody involved right?
