One of the best pharmacies the the county. There is rarely a wait of more than 1 person, if that. They are very quick to fill prescriptions, I've never had to wait even coming straight from the Dr office. Staff are friendly for the most part and happy to help. It's a rather large building and seems could be consolidated to use half the space. Easy access right next to I5 makes it easy for us to stop in on our way to/from ferndale or bellingham from birch bay. I just wish they accepted goodrx coupons. Biggest drawback is there is no drive thru option. But much preferred over fred meyer, rite aid, costco or kaiser all of which I've experienced. This is my go to.

This has to be the friendliest pharmacy. I have the delivery service and no matter what, the drivers are always pleasant.

Custom Rx has been a life saver. We have always had trouble with pharmacy’s getting refills to us in a timely manner and even letting us know that they can’t refill something because it doesn’t have refills. As a medically complex family that requires a lot of medication custom Rx has been night and day in comparison with their amazing customer service, ALWAYS willing to do a bit extra work to help us get the meds we need from what feels like 300 different doctors and specialists. I manage my whole family’s medical needs, and custom Rx is the ONLY reason I’m able to continue to do it.

I wish this pharmacy were closer to our home in Bellingham so that we could switch our prescriptions to them. Our family has been to Custom Rx in Ferndale twice now for vaccines. We're high risk with some extenuating circumstances, and every single staff member we encountered was so kind, accommodating, and efficient - seriously night and day from what we've experienced with our other pharmacies. Thank you! Genuine kindness goes such a long way.

I was originally a customer at Custom Rx in Bellinham off Samish Way. After there was a change in ownership/manager, I had to transfer to Walgreens. But Walgreens didn't deliver and I am unable to pick things up due to disability. The Custom Rx reopened in Ferndale, over by Edaleen Dairy, and I was (and continue to be) ecstatic! They go out of their way to ensure that I have what I need when I need it, even though my doctor's office frequently lets the ball down. Their pharmacy staff is smart, caring, and very prompt. Their delivery staff is friendly, patient, and FAST FAST FAST. I recommend Custom Rx to every doctor's office I go to and to every one I know. When one has a myriad of health issues, it is so nice to have something so important as a pharmacy be that reliable and convenient. I am beyond grateful for the reduction in stress, and also for the confidence is knowing I'll be delivered the RIGHT medication.

These folks are excellent! They made special accommodations for my disabled husband to get vaccinated, remembered our names, and just really go out of their way! Love it here!

What a friendly independent pharmacy! I happened upon it when a friend told me i could get a Covid 19 vaccine there. The word of mouth recommendation was welcome, as I more than qualified, but couldn't find, a vaccine. (Almost no one could). The staff took me in as a walk-in with warm smiles. I don't know how any other vaccine places handle it, but this "Shoppe" didn't flinch at an out-sider asking for their services. If I lived closer I'd definitely be a customer!

Clean and spacious place, courteous and efficient staff. We received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine here and are very happy we did not have any side effects save for a little bit of soreness at the injection site. The guy that administered the vaccine was very efficient, polite, with a good sense of humor. Thinking about transferring all our medication refills from another Ferndale Pharmacy to Custom Rx Shoppe. Thank you again for your wonderful assistance to the elderly!

There was this weird kid moaning in the corner of the store but other than that not a bad place. They accidentally doubled my prescription so that was a win.
