Upper management went to Mexico for a month and a half 'for a vacation' during the pandemic just recently. Furloughed a whole team, and then with new clients coming onboard - let them go while other co-workers were swamped with little help and lots of stress. (A positive, is they added the furloughed onto the vaccination list)When hiring they talk highly of pay raises after probationary period and 6 month marks, they don't happen. Get into profit share after a year but they fire workers before they can hit the profit share. Please check indeed reviews. Crystal Creek has been bought over by a huge corp now that is NOT B certified.It was a wonderful job a year ago, masks on the job, friendly co-workers, great atmosphere, kitchen and awesome break room. They just released a youtube trailer but most of the people were furloughed and don't work there now (they are also removing any comments about the furlough or Mexico)Just be mindful and aware if applying here for work!

It is an absolutely amazing place to work! They are pioneers on the forefront of redefining what most Americans experience as a relationship between employee and employer. A company can care about its employees, be family oriented, have employees that love what they do, and be successful.
