UPDATED: If i could I would give zero stars.
We have been dealing with chase bank now for 6 months now and no one has been helpful.
My partner mistakenly sent money and forgot 1 number in the account number. They had to open an "Investigation" to get the money back into his account. OK. Makes sense. We had to wait 3 months and was told money would be back and available on the 15th. It reflects in his account now but isn't "Cleared" and its now the 21st. Every time we talk to someone they give us some ring around and that its up to the back office. The manager isn't even helpful. We are to the point of needing to lawyer up to get this money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BANKING WITH THEM. Terrible experience, one excuse after the next and no one will help us make this right.
UPDATED: We are now on month 6 with no end in site. I left a review on BBB and someone from corporate was able to get us some answers but when money was supposed to be available they decided to then close the account and "Mail" the check. We have now been waiting 15+ days for the check that was suppose to be here within 7-10 business days. This is a nightmare and i will no one this mess.

I just wanted to give praise to Fred Gutierrez, assistant VP at the local Ferndale WA location. Fred can work magic, on his computer and otherwise. Great guy, pleasant demeanor and he get's things done. I highly recommend Fred to anyone requiring top-notch assistance with their everyday banking needs Thanks Fred!

We had an issue with a deposit stopped in to get some help, and Gabriel Vorenkamp was extremely rude and off-putting. We're both on the account and treated my partner as if they were trash and unimportant when they asked specific questions she couldn't answer rather than just saying she didn't have the answer... She passed judgment on people rather than just providing personal private customer care!!

Had a wonderful experience with opening a bank account and applying for a credit card in-branch with Fred Gutierrez. He was so patient and made the entire process painless. Being from Canada, banking in the USA is a bit intimating as there are a lot of options for checking and saving accounts. However, Fred was extremely knowledgeable and it seems like he's dealt with a lot of other Canadians in the past. He wasn't pushy at all and went above and beyond to help me expedite things on the banks end which I truly appreciated.Would not hesitate to recommend Fred to any other Canadians or locals looking to setup an account with Chase.

Staff is friendly enough. Tons of fees though and atm is broken half the time.

Drove from Vancouver to create US acct. Said bring passport and utility bill. Didn't mention utility bill MUST be US address so it was a bust. That said, the people went above and beyond to help. Gabriel (I think) was very informative/helpful/apologetic and pointed us to Banner. When we got there, John (bus mgr) was already there asking how Banner could help us. Great people, very satisfied despite not getting an account at Chase.

I chose Chase because they are all over the country but I stay with Chase because this branch has Super awesome customer service. The tellers and managers are Friendly and Helpful.

Change your hours of operation to normal at 6 pm and open on Saturday it’s not convenient at all mostly everyone gets off at 5 and you guys close at 5 and mostly everyone home on Saturday and you guys are close on Saturday it’s the worst operating hours

Worst banking experience ever. The only reason why I opened bank account here was because of the job I was doing delivering food uses Chase Bank and I didn't get charged for direct deposit my money from my job to the bank account well 1st when I opened an account the guy never put on my new account bonus Which would have gave me $200 after the 60 days or 90 days of direct deposits equal more than a $1000 which I had well I called the main officeSaid it was up to the main teller at the bank branch that I went to if they were still going to Still honor the new account bonus, Which day didn't, And 2nd anytime trying to ask them for any information or help you have to have my account number or your bank card number and all your information which is great for security But I lost my card couple days ago so I don't have my card number and I come in Maybe 2 minutes after 3 o'clock on it's at 3 o'clock on Christmas Eve and well ladies just oh ladies just too bad will you close that thread today and can't get into the bank now until Monday what it is Thursday. So Ferndale Chase Bank probably the worst one there is. Not to mention unless you're dressed in a suit and tie they don't really want to even talk to you or help you.
