Just sending a much deserved KUDDOS to the staff for consistent great service during August and September when I had to use their business, They are helpful, hard working, and ask the right questions in making sure I get my work requests completed accurately and faxed, etc. Thanks to the staff as they are all working hard each and every time I have needed their services.

Extremely helpful kind people. A few times I needed to package some really big items and even tho they didnt have any boxes or materials to help they went out of their way to point me where I could find what I needed. Glad to have these folks in town as I ship a lot of stuff.

We stopped in here to make copies of documents from a thumb drive. Went to this place because the line at another place was too long and location here is great! But what I definitely was not expecting was the excellent customer service! It appears to be family run and not only we we taken care of right away, everyone who Came through the door was attended to pretty mu chi immediately! We did have to wait for of documents to print out but the shop had many interesting hand crafted items from a variety of local vendors. They also have P.O. Boxes and packing and shipping services! Highly recommend and I will definitely come back here before going into Bellingham for similar services!

Encountered the Owner in a verydispleasing way. Was working with one ofhis Employees about the cost of shippingand why it was apoximately $20 morethan quoted at a different store. TheOwner then rudely interrupted ourconversation to I'm guessing to let meknow how proud he was to let me knowhe is not franchised and that's why it isTHAT much more. I appreciate hiseducation and now I know I SHALLconduct my business elsewhere. They sayfirst impressions are lasting
