Visit this store at your own financial peril (IMHO). I say that cuz I went to the Federal Way Xfinity Store to get a new set top box and register my new Internet modem. The agent was friendly, did what was needed, and suggested that my family move our Verizon service to Xfinity mobile, claiming we could save lots of $$$. We discussed the matter, I have him some information , he sent a text message and told me I needed to click the link in the message. The link does NOT provide any sort of warning that selecting it will incur activation fees and or that clicking the link constitutes approval to move our phone service. Prior to clicking the link, I told the agent the Verizon account was in my wife's name and that she and I would need to discuss the matter before moving the accounts over. He stated - verbally committed in fact - he would NOT move the accounts over until today. I' called 2x this morning and left voicemails stating that we decided NOT to move from Verizon to Xfinity... Voicemails were left cuz the Sales agent didn't answer his phone, not did he call me back to confirm our that our numbers weren't moved.I went to the store to get the confirmation and what I got was the run around, along with being told I had to go to Verizon to move my numbers back. Went to Verizon and they told me the numbers were never ported to Xfinity so all was good.. except they could and should have just told me that at the Xfinity store!!!! Very typical bulls__t for Xfinity customer service. Went back to Xfinity to ensure they cancelled my mobility phone service. Turns out they did NOT cancel the 5 phone lines so I directed them do that and I waited at the store to get verbal confirmation in front of other witnesses and store staff in case this becomes a legal issue. I say that because the female "manager" snuggly informed me the lines were cancelled but that I will have to pay a $10 activation fee for each of the 5 lines that were never used by the phone numbers that were never ported over. I informed her I will not pay the fees because I got zero use out of the service , did NOT sign anything agreeing to an activation charge, and was not told by the agent that clicking the link he TOLD me to click constitutes agreement to activation charges. I would NOT have clicked ANYTHING cuz I told him up front that I needed to discuss with my wife. So..Due your own due diligence before going into this store for anything besides getting and returning a TV set top box!!

The agent was friendly, did what was needed, and suggested that my family move our Verizon service to Xfinity mobile, claiming we could save lots of $$$. We discussed the matter, I gave him some information, he sent a text message and TOLD me I needed to click the link in the message so he could get some additional information. The link does NOT provide any sort of warning that selecting it will incur activation fees and or that clicking the link constitutes approval to move our phone service. Prior to clicking the link, I told the agent the Verizon account was in my wife's name and that she and I would need to discuss the matter before moving the accounts over. He stated - verbally committed in fact - he would NOT move the accounts over until 2:00 pm on 2/7/24. I called 2x the morning of 2/7/24 morning and left voicemails stating that we decided NOT to move from Verizon to Xfinity... Voicemails were left cuz the sales agent didn't answer his phone, nor did he call me back to confirm that our numbers weren't moved. I went to the store to get the confirmation and what I got was the run around, along with being told I had to go to Verizon to move my numbers back to Verizon. Went to Verizon and they told me the numbers were never ported to Xfinity so all was good... except the Xfinity store people could and should have just told me that at the Xfinity store BEFORE directing me to the Verizon store!!!! Went in today to start internet service for the first time and was helped by Albert. The process was so painless and easy, Albert was nothing but a delight definitely plan on getting all my internet needs through him.

This store is nice, super friendly, the people on the phone need an update though. I know they're not part of the store. I assure you this place doesn't do repairs like the 800 number says they do.

The customer service was good and friendly, however I started a plan and was told that my plan comes with a free tv streaming box and camera. Well the camera wasn’t actually free and really costed 5 dollars a month for the next 24 months. If you cancel any time before those 24 months, you then have to pay the remaining amount of 5 dollar a month payments. This was not expressed to me at any time in the transaction and seems to me that the supposed free camera was a way to tack on charges to get a higher commission without the customer knowing. My family has had problems in the past with Xfinity and this experience was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend that nobody join this service, it is awful and shady.

Worst customer service for a large company. Wife and I walked in to inquire about cellular service. Asked floor host about our issues with specific connection with open free Xfinity Wi-Fi ( for Xfinity broadband customers like me ) employee/ host said ( Apple auto connects to free xfin. Free Wi-Fi’ and doesn't work stops Iphone from any and all data) “its a known issue with only Apple phones” says the employee and he refused to try to assist in any way. I said I can call Apple support he said “ok but I will not talk to Apple, and can I help you with anything else”.I said learn more about cellular he said “two lines for 60.00, and we don't have any Apple promos” At the store I found the “Apple problem “ on the Apple setting Wi-Fi page wait 60!seconds, finally the XFIN. Web portal pops up 2. Enter your UN AND password. 3. Do not chose open xfinity app for code it won't send. Instead have code texted to you. Then save user name and password. I lost my wait period with the Xfinity staff and had to start over. While I was upset with staff I never raised my voice or used profanity. My wife and I were treated brashly and rude, I've never heard of a large partnering company with Apple say such bad things or been blown off

This Xfinity location is very convenient since it's closer to home for me. I know employees moved on, but the service stayed the same. The employees are very professional and good to deal with. Will is a great gentleman, he listened to the customers and assisted accordingly. He was the one who helped me earlier today with my two accounts. That is how Xfinity got me staying year after year. Thanks to Will for his outstanding support.

10/17 1:24 pm stopped into the store today and the guy wasn't any help at all. He kept on trying to up-sell me. I had to repeat myself a few times with him. Not listening? He turns around and tells me his eyes aren't working well today. I really wanted to switch over to my mobile service today.

Love this store, one of the guys that works at this store. David sawyer. Has nothing but props from me. Helping out my elderly mother, my sister, and me add on at different times was a very pleasant experience. His professionalism and help are far above.most I have dealt with any other carriers. Thank you xfinity and David for all the help getting things situated. You didn't even have to help us as much as you did.

We came in to sign up for additional services since the customer service rep was not helpful (and being condescending) on the phone.Albert signed us up on the spot and was super helpful getting us everything we needed without overselling. This was our second in-person visit and the first time was just as pleasant. Great customer service.

The 3 people I dealt over last few years who had experience are gone. My phone has all sorts of glitches that interrupt a flow in usage. Not happy.I arrange sitter for my 100 yr old mother and go wait for store to open and there are nothing but babies waiting to learn at my expense. I'm one of the glitches. New programs being applied to my phone without me knowing is another. Not happy.

Worst Internet I’ve ever had by far. Cuts out for 5 seconds every couple hours. Sometimes even more frequently than that. Contacted support and they said “fixed ?”, definitely isn’t.Xfinity can literally lick my left nut
