The employees "were" friendly and helpful but sadly they were replaced with self-checkout. The cat food department is now at a better location inside the store. The selection of cotton and rayon tops for big ladies is sparse. Only 4 stars because the sewing department is gone now. Very disappointing.

I went to return an item to the store, along with two online orders. For the first return, I gave the receipt, and the customer service processed it. However, when I tried to return the second online order, the cashier told me I had to do it online. It was my first time doing an online return, so I asked for help, but she refused. I decided to approach another associate, and she showed me how to process the online return. When I returned to the customer service with the online return barcode, she only processed one item and insisted that I call a 1-800 number for the other item. I was confused because both items were the same, just different sizes, and I had purchased them in separate transactions. When I questioned this, she didn't provide a clear answer and moved on to the next customer. Frustrated, I approached a supervisor and explained the situation, showing him the barcode. While he tried to assist me, the she became upset and insisted that I should call the 1-800 number. Eventually, the supervisor was able to help me complete the return.

If you want groceries delivered your better off using a different store. They either deliver to the wrong house has happened to me twice, or they don't deliver at all. 3 times. The worst part is trying to get your money back. 5-10 business days. And they want you to return bags for a refund on them. If by some chance you do get your order it will be missing a few items and your bread or chips will be smashed usually both. Customer service is a total joke. Customers no longer matter to Walmarts everywhere . That's my opinion and experience...

I was looking to order a two-tier cake for my mother's (and her twin sister's) 80th birthday. I was, 1-surprised to learn that they actually could do it. 2-pleasantly surprised at the price (1/2 the price that most stand-alone bakeries were charging), and 3-EXTREMELY pleased with the final product. The cake was so moist, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. I HIGHLY recommend Carolyn; she was professional and personally made sure everything went smoothly - she's an awesome individual.

Im so glad I waited a combined 40 minutes at the auto center and sporting section to not receive any damn help. I never thought I'd save time driving to a Walmart in another city where I was helped in less than 30 second after entering the door.

I really appreciate Wal Mart! People who work there are helpful and considerate. We appreciate their work and efforts to help handicapped people with their needs when they are shopping.

You cannot order large bags of dog food to be picked up. So that means I need to go in the store. So why bother using the to-go pick up service.
