The phone system doesn't work. After you wait 15 minutes it rings and they don't ever pick up. I don't understand how this business operates like this. I have to get in the car and drive there just to see if they are going to fill my prescription.

Some of the most laughably incompetent staff around. Are all the good ones out of stock like all the products?

The staff are awful people. They withhold contraceptives and mental health medication even though it’s prescribed to you and ignore you or put you on hold. I’ve been so sick I almost passed out because I couldn’t breathe and they still made me wait an hour for my inhaler. I’ve been waiting a week for my meds that manage my depression disorder leaving me to my own devices during my dead husband’s birthday. They don’t care about anyone and actively hurt and ignore their customers.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this place or why their process and service is even legally allowed to operate. I went to the ER today because of suspected infection. The provider faxed over to them my prescription order and was acknowledged by Walgreens that it was received. However, upon calling them, they said nothing was received. They told me to wait a couple of hours and call back. I did and still nothing. I verified with the provider again and they confirmed once again that the prescription has been sent over. So, I went to this Walgreens in person and was told that there was a backlog in their system and should try coming back the next day. Frustrated and wasting my day, I called the provider and asked if they could instead send my prescription to Costco Pharmacy. At that point, it was too late to pick up my medication. I did however get a confirmation from Costco that it has been received. The problem is, I can’t start taking my antibiotics until the next day, and my infection is getting worse by the hour. What started as a swelling has now developed lymphangitis. Seriously, Walgreens should not have accepted the order and gave me the run arounds if they couldn’t deliver in the first place. They are putting people’s lives at risk by doing this. This is now how my arm looks like (attached). This could have been intervened hours ago before it got to this point. I’m now worried about tomorrow.

If you need life saving medications go to a other pharmacy. They really do not take care about their patients. I wonder how many patients have died waiting for this pharmacy to do their JOB! Plus you have to double check all the prescriptions they fill, they make major errors and someone can die from their negligence.

Takes about a week for a prescription to get filled. Choose a different pharmacy.

I scheduled an appointment online for a covid+flu test. When I showed up, they said that there had none on site to do the test. Such a joke of a pharmacy, please go somewhere else

My foreign-born DIL had been ill for a week and sought help at an urgent care clinic. They weren't able to prescribe anything immediately, but her test results arrived Sunday afternoon, and she got a prescription. My son, who is deployed on an aircraft carrier called several pharmacies for her while I was out. He was told by this Walgreens that they had the meds. I arrived with the prescription in hand 15 minutes later, only to find they never checked and didn't have it. It was 4 pm on Sunday, so I was frantic. The pharmacist at the CVS in Federal Way saved us by actually checking and sending me to a location that has what was needed. Why didn't Walgreens do this? I'm still so mad.

Do not fill your medications here. For the last 6 months I have had difficulty getting my medications in a timely manner (within 2 weeks of request) and my health has suffered significantly because of this. They make excuses about it being insurance or provider related, and both insurance and provider confirm that the hold up is with the pharmacy. I have been checked out incorrectly every time, except twice since I've gone here. Their staff aren't trained on how to use coupons. This is absolutely absurd and I've really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but 4/6 times is too much, and 4 weeks of not being provided IMPORTANT DAILY FUNCTIONING MEDICATIONS and without communication on their end should be grounds for legal action. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

As a prescriber and patient this pharmacy has consistently abhorrent customer service.

The worst pharmacy. No sense of urgency fromemployees , not a single time I had my prescription ready to pick up on time. 5 hours to pick up antibiotics for a serious infection is a last straw for me. Wasted all day, and it’s not the first time.
