Not for any transgender care, they said they could help me and I drove 40 minutes to get here. All I got was wasted gas money and time. They refused to help me and left me waiting in the room while the misgendered me in the hallway. Horrible experience.

Excellent pediatric care. Dr. Fox is incredible and so is all his staff. He always takes his time with my child and never waits long to see them. When we have questions or concerns and it's a busy day, the nurses get left a message and they call us back within a matter of a couple hours at worst. Couldn't ask for a better clinic for my little one. Will continue to come here as long as we're in the area.

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE. If you call and schedule a wellness appointment and are a new patient, they first make you schedule a new patient appointment to do paperwork. This is NOT covered by insurance and if you have a deductible, you will pay almost $200 for this. In my 52 years, I have NEVER had to schedule a separate appointment for this. Typically you come in 30 minutes before your appointment to fill this out. Or, like most providers today, you fill this out online. What you do NOT do is pay for a separate appointment and at ridiculous rates. Will not be returning.

It's like one stop shopping. Staff at laboratory are always prompt and helpful. Pharmacy staff is super efficient, friendly and their small gift shop area is always fun to peruse.

My provider is ok. For a midwife I thought it would be more consult and thorough than a doctor but I miss judge that here. You have to room yourself which is not friendly. My first ultrasound was an horrible experience, the tech (who basically meds to retire) was upset I had my 12 ur old son was with me as he is my only support person nearby and it was a abdominal ultrasound not vaginal so it should be just fine. She was rough with her wand on my belly and didn't say hello when we walked in room or give me any instructions and didn't make the visit feel welcomed. Today when I scheduled my next ultrasound the women who sits at her desk, makea you stand in front of her door that is opened about 12 inches abs there's plexiglass so why not open your door so I'm not yelling through the crack, she was so not personable at all. She said well if I make it on the same day as your next dr appt your not 20wks until the next day. Look lady you can be up to two weeks ahead or later than guesstimated due date so you have to mention one day difference, really like it's a problem. Then she said no children only one healthy adult can join me. I said my son who's 12 can come? She said rudely, no but one healthy adult. I said your policy is 12 and up Correct? She said yes one healthy adult ages 12 and up. I said ok that's what I asked, 12 years old is not considered an adult. Smh im so over this place. Worst choivê I ever Made! Not respectful or personable at all for a woman's health office. Horrible service!

Hands down the worst Urgent Care to go to. I checked in just after 7pm. They close at 8. It felt like because it was 7:55pm when Dr Dhillion got into my room, she only wanted to get me out. She kept saying I was concerned with "tingling". I took a fall and my hand and leg were visibly messed up with bruising. Nothing about wanting an X-ray or anything to make sure I had no fractures. Save yourself the hassle. All you'll be made to feel like is an inconvenience at closing time.

My son has had a persistent cough for longer than 3 weeks so I took him to the doctor so they can make sure that everything is fine with his lungs and throat. They were able to see him the very same day I called for an appt. Walking up to the facility they ask you a questionnaire about any conditions you might have. And then the team of staff assessed my sons health and ran some tests. They were very patient with a nervous child and the doctor was full of information and suggestions for what we could do to ease his cough. I gave 4 stars because waiting on the phone to make the appt exceeded my 15 minute break at work.

I have brought my kids to Dr Naylor at Virginia Mason Federal Way for 10 years and from pnemonia to asthma attacks and all the routine check-ups, everyone had been professional. Dr. Naylor is the whole package: knowledgable with great people skills (both big and small people). When I've been to other labs or clinics to help friends, I'm amazed at the amount of personal items taped or tacked to the walls or music coming from someone's personal device. Not here. Everyone my kids and I deal with is an organized, caring professional. The wait time isnt bad, either.

The review is about how this hospital handled new patient. I scheduled an appointment for preventive exam in 2016 which was covered by my insurance 100%. Now I've scheduled the appointment for my wife for the exact same thing, but when she came to the clinic, the nurse told her the appointment was about New Patient Establishment which my wife had no idea about (English is not her first language). The nurse did not check her blood or gave her any shots. The nurse checked her pulse, height, and weight. When I received the bill, I was surprised and called the billing department. The lady said that I have to have a file before having a Preventive Care appointment. I was asking her why I paid 0 dollar for my last appointment without the New Patient Established appointment then she could not answer. She informed me it was from 2016 so they way of doing business would change. So it brought to my concern that the hospital wants to make extra office visit appointments to suck the payment from insurance + patients because we all have deductible for insurance plan. I am very disappointed with this situation. I rather drive a little further to another clinic to have a better/transparent policy.

We've been going to Dr. Gould for 4.5 years now with our son and he's amazing. However, I called in tonight after hours because I believe my son has the flu and the SCH urgent care in Federal Way is full for the night. For a bit of background, I am a Pediatric nurse and have worked in ICU and inpatient units at a large pediatric hospital in the area. The operator that picked up the phone sounded like she was reading a script to convince me to hang up and call tomorrow. She asked me if I knew that the clinic was closed and asked if it could wait for tomorrow. She told me she would have to page a doctor, but then at the end told me that I would get a call from a consulting nurse. At one point she said "he hasn't been seen here since January." That was 4 months ago. Of course he hasn't. He is an otherwise healthy child. What does his visit schedule have to do with anything? We love Dr. Gould, but VM operator service was terrible tonight. I hate to think of other patients and families without my background that would question themselves in the face of this woman and put off the care that they need. You can do better.

There are soooo many areas that I would give a 5 star rating- but a couple that need some work -- infusion center- 5 stars and would go as high as any chart had- Katie, Mandy , Stephanie and everyone go so far above and beyond!... rockstars!!.. drs Yen (rheumatologist), Landino (foot surgeon), and the spectacular pharmacy staff and lab staff-- all fit into this category of 5+ stars The only reason I gave a 4 is because I can never get into my regular physician when there is an issue (stopped breathing and collapsed- they could only get me in TEN DAYS later)- and the internal medicine "receptionists" are cranky

Love this center! I see a few providers here and everyone is very friendly. Only improvement would be hold times on the phone. I am on hold for sometimes 20 minutes or more. This is the only reason why I didn't give five stars.
