I wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else. They are extremely competitive here and will give you a great deal. I got a killer price on my LG OLED TV and they delivered it at no extra cost. Great store and staff.

My family has bought a few tvs here in the past at great prices. Today stopped in today on 9/7/23 just to grab a remote and fully planned on paying for it obviously but they told me I can have it. Awesome service

Hidden gem for home audio/video needs. We were in the market for a new home audio system and after lackluster offerings at major retailers, Google led us here. Kyler was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and never tried to up sell or pressure us into a purchase.If I’m ever in the market for another TV or home audio upgrade, I’ve already decided to shop here.

I bought a TV here, they were running a $500 Trade in deal. No one told me about it or offered to. I bought my TV with payment protection and was paralyzed from the waist down in a car accident shortly after that. When I tried to activate payment protection it was not there according to their financing partner Synchrony Bank. I do not recommend using either business.

Kyler was the absolute best representative we could have asked to take care of us. He was knowledgeable and catered to us. He gave us a great deal, and the Samsung OLED TV and Soundbar are the best! You cannot get a better deal than at Video Only. We shopped around and saved hundreds of dollars. Thanks Kyler!

From day one Jim had been the most helpful person. I’ve never bought a new tv and didn’t know where to start. They have quality brands so I wasn’t worried about getting a cheap knockoff tv. Their prices are matched if not better than all of the other tv stores. Jim helped me out with the delivery and really nice tv stand. I will refer everyone I know who’s in the market for a tv. Great experience!

Today me and my husband stopped in Video Only in Federal Way. This was the first time we have ever been here. We were presently surprised by the large selection electronics and accessories. Jim was very helpful and had a vast knowledge and took his time showing us all the TV’s and made sure we got the best deal. We even got a credit for our old TV and saved more than if we would have purchased it at Costco. I highly recommend checking out this store before making a decision.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, helpful door to door service. They loaded the TV in my car, so easy!! And they pay you to take and recycle your old TV. Kyler was very helpful and worked within our budget.

Top notch service, knowledge, and selection. I went to BB, a big warehouse club, and here. It's clear Video Only has the A and S tier models in stock vs other places have many B and C grade models. I went to shop for OLED panels and to my surprise the models they had at video only were either higher quality than BB, or the same models were $200 less than BB. The knowledge these salespeople have is also top notch, knowing more than just the description but they had good insights on the OLED structure, nuances, and manufacturing updates each year. You don't find many folks that are this professional anymore. And I'm happy to have gotten my 2nd TV in 3 years from these folks. Jim is a top notch salesman though the other person was super awesome too. We just went with Jim since he's helped our family before.

Always friendly and knowledgeable on current products. Nathan is extremely helpful and professional. Prices are better than any other legitimate shop and I can’t recommend them enough.
