I wanted a 1 month sim card. Cust service rep said he needed payment in advance, My email address and I created a pin # to put into their system. One month later sent me a bill. I called, explained the situation and thought I had made sure my account was canceled. 3 months later I am billed for 2 months and a late charge. This time I called and they claimed my email and pin # needed to cancel were not correct therefore they were unable to cancel my account and said I needed to keep paying until I "remembered " these. They now have an FCC COMPLAINT filed against them . Do business with these grifters at your own risk.

Went in to get my daughter her first phone. Sawyer, one of the staff members was very helpful and extremely patient with my wife and I. Sawyer answered all our questions and gave us some good tips concerning parental controls. Thanks Sawyer for all your help!

I went in here for the home internet. I had plenty of questions and Frankie was able to answer all of them. He educated me on how to hook it up, and I left feeling happy and confident. Definitely ask for Frankie he was very helpful and polite. I will update with more of a a product review once I have used it more.

My sister and I went into the store on Dec 23rd 2023 at opening. we were the first customers in, and when the gentleman discovered that we were only there to change plans around, he gave us a card, said call that number and walked away, I was asking a question and he ignored me. So we went outside and called the number to initiate a line transfer, and it was pending until I had to text with a robot today to get it to process. It still says pending. I asked how I get the fees for the line off my current Bill, and I was told that I had to pay the bill, even though Verizon delayed the transfer for 2 weeks. Horrible Customer service.

Verizon is absolute joke of a company. I tried to purchase a samsung phone for my mothers birthday present. I was told I had to be a verizon customer in order to buy a phone. When i explained I am buying a phone for my mom who has verizon they said I would need to call my mom and have her add me as an account manager. Why? Why would I have to do that to buy a phone? After this I am telling my mom to switch to T-mobile. Verizon is a joke, horrible customer service.

I went in to add the Netflix/Max bundle & check out the IPhone pro max.Marshall was great at answering all my questions that I had. Great customer service!!!Customer service isn't like it use to be.When I'm ready to get the IPHONE pro max, Im going to him so he can get that commission.

Anthony helped me out during my visit. I needed a replacement phone and my situation was extremely complex. He stayed with me to help with customer service and was able to help me with all of my issues. I had to come back a couple times and each time, he was there to help and was extremely calm and optimistic. I was nerve racked because my phone is important information and he helped me keep calm. This guy is a huge asset for this company and store. In my opinion I wish every place had more employees like him. If he’s not already on track for management I think he should be considered. The way he helped me didn’t feel as though he was merely an employee but more of someone who was taking ownership of the company as it was his own to help protect and care for. Thank you Anthony.

We were served by David at this Verizon. I’ve had some incredibly rough and annoying experiences trying to upgrade a phone or apply a promotion. But this was by far the easiest, smoothest, and most pleasant for my family and I. He was knowledgeable, well-mannered, patient, and helpful!Thanks David, may God bless you!

Love Verizon! They are spendy at first but the phones are worth it! I had metro and I wasn't liking it so I switched back and now I regret leaving them. I will never EVER switch again. I have got the best offers on new phones here at Verizon.

Worst mobile service . They will just shut down your phone without sending notice. It is so hard to pay phone bills online because my card does not work on verizon website. So i have to walk into the store to pay my bills. But employees are so slow just wasting time . Also Verizon branch near my area doest even open on time .
