Francisco helped me and my friends. Appreciate his patience to customers. Verizon company. Please promote him because he spends over 2 hours with us and helped me to solve my friend's building problems.

This was my first time at this Verizon store. I ordered a new phone I was picking up. I was checked in by Quang Dang. He went and grab my phone and was ushering me out the door. I said I needed help transferring from old to new. He said it was $30 which I didn’t know. That is not the problem at all. The issue was his objective seems to be getting me out of the store as fast as possible. People clearly came to the store for some level of help. I said I will need help activating my new phone. He opened my package, turned on my phone, and told me to connect to the store’s wifi and it should be that simple and left to tend to other checkins. It was not as clear cut as he presented. I went to get his attention bc it was not working. He then resets the phone back to factory setting to start over and left again. I had enough so I went to get someone else. Unexpectedly got the manager, Hunter Barber. Hunter troubleshooted my activation issues and eventually got service on the phone. I told him helping customers activate their phones have to be the very least store employees can do. I briefly expressed my unpleasant experience with Quang and left.
I did not feel valued, welcomed, or appreciated as a long time customer whatsoever. Quang Dang is not a good representation of what Verizon prides themselves on which is customer’s experience. Please work on making improvements starting with your staff.

Horrible experience. Rude and unfriendly, not helpful or knowledgeable employees ?. I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm going to this location, I'm seriously considering switching.

I wanted a 1 month sim card. Cust service rep said he needed payment in advance, My email address and I created a pin # to put into their system. One month later sent me a bill. I called, explained the situation and thought I had made sure my account was canceled. 3 months later I am billed for 2 months and a late charge. This time I called and they claimed my email and pin # needed to cancel were not correct therefore they were unable to cancel my account and said I needed to keep paying until I "remembered " these. They now have an FCC COMPLAINT filed against them . Do business with these grifters at your own risk.

Went in to get my daughter her first phone. Sawyer, one of the staff members was very helpful and extremely patient with my wife and I. Sawyer answered all our questions and gave us some good tips concerning parental controls. Thanks Sawyer for all your help!

I went in here for the home internet. I had plenty of questions and Frankie was able to answer all of them. He educated me on how to hook it up, and I left feeling happy and confident. Definitely ask for Frankie he was very helpful and polite. I will update with more of a a product review once I have used it more.

My sister and I went into the store on Dec 23rd 2023 at opening. we were the first customers in, and when the gentleman discovered that we were only there to change plans around, he gave us a card, said call that number and walked away, I was asking a question and he ignored me. So we went outside and called the number to initiate a line transfer, and it was pending until I had to text with a robot today to get it to process. It still says pending. I asked how I get the fees for the line off my current Bill, and I was told that I had to pay the bill, even though Verizon delayed the transfer for 2 weeks. Horrible Customer service.

Verizon is absolute joke of a company. I tried to purchase a samsung phone for my mothers birthday present. I was told I had to be a verizon customer in order to buy a phone. When i explained I am buying a phone for my mom who has verizon they said I would need to call my mom and have her add me as an account manager. Why? Why would I have to do that to buy a phone? After this I am telling my mom to switch to T-mobile. Verizon is a joke, horrible customer service.

I went in to add the Netflix/Max bundle & check out the IPhone pro max.Marshall was great at answering all my questions that I had. Great customer service!!!Customer service isn't like it use to be.When I'm ready to get the IPHONE pro max, Im going to him so he can get that commission.
