I was traveling from PA and had a complete iPad "deep sleep". The staff member helped me swiftly. The staff were friendly, courteous and supportive.

We get there 45 minutes before closing and we were turned away after driving 50 minutes to get there. Then asked us to come back tomorrow. Terrible customer service.

Sales people are only there to sell never say everything about products when selling them had a watch on an account for two months paying for it monthly only for them to find out that your not aloud to have it on an account monthly with out an additional 10$ cellular service. So was given the option to add the 10$ or pay out the watch because they waited passed the 30 days of eligibility to return the watch. Would not recommend this Verizon only there to get a sell.

Sent my daughter for a simple service issue requiring a new SIM card. The branch was understaffed and unfortunately the only person was not capable of politely handling the customers in the store. He refused to help or give service and sent her away even though they were open for another 1.5 hours. Nit the usual service we get from Verizon. Spend a lot of money for the last 20 years with them... disappointing experience.

Wonderful experience! LaMarsha helped my husband find a new phone and she made the process so easy and she was very knowledgeable on all the questions we had! She found him the perfect phone and ensured we got the best deals available! We will definitely be back to this location and hope LaMarsha is there to help us again!

So far, this is the best Verizon store I've been to. They really take care of their customers and want people to be happy when they leave. I've been to other Verizon stores where they make you wait in line forever , they don't care if you have other things to do that day, etc. but that's not the case with this store. My boyfriend and I went in there yesterday after already purchasing new iPhones recently. We came to this Verizon store to look at AirPods and Apple Watches because we were shopping in the area. They closed at 7, but they still put our name on the list and helped us even after they closed. If you ever are in the area, go to this Verizon store and ask for Quang. He is so amazing and helpful, and VERY clear about explaining things. Best experience I've had at a phone store.

I was impressed with the service at this store, particularly with Carlton, the sales representative I worked with this morning. This store is worth going out of your way to. Carlton was great to work with.

Verizon is the worst company you can ever deal with and their customer service is a trash. Bunch of scammers and that obviously reflects the poor management and leadership! I hope this company goes bankrupt!

This rating is for Verizon CORPORATE!. Young lady at the store was nice. She has to follow VERIZON POLICY! My Moto 3 stopped working after just 3 months...dies when battery reaches about 50%. So, she said they will replace with a NEW one which will be sent in 2 days. This was June 6. Still don't have it. So, go online to check tracking and find out they are replacing with REFURBISHED LIKE NEW phone. NOT A NEW ONE. I wouldn't worry so much except my sister just had to replace her Moto 3 after a few months because of problems and my daughter-in-law had to replace hers. You CAN'T GET A REFUND. If you want to upgrade for a better phone you have to pay off the broken phone and then pay for a new better phone. Please, some one, tell me any other business that would not take back a BROKEN, NOT WORKING ITEM AND NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND. Verizon has you return a broken item and PAY THEM FULL PRICE FOR IT!!! Wish I was rich and I sue them just to make them change this VERY POOR POLICY. BE warned!!

The wait wasn't long I'll give them that. I went there for technical support and they didn't even attempt to help. They did however try to get me to buy a new phone and a tablet, very frustrating. They told me about an app that has technical support , that was their attempt to solve my problem.

Glad to have gone to this location!! Amazing amazing staff! MICHAEL and CARLTON went over and beyond on helping us figure out the monthly cost on our new lines. They were both very informative and explained everything from monthly bills to discounts to accessory bundles and etc. They made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood how the billing cycle works. They made sure we get the best deal. All staff in this location seem to know what good customer service means. Right when you open the door, you get greeted and everyone has a smile on their face. Very welcoming! Sets you in a good mood. Store is spacious and clean. Also, fully staffed. I believe that this store has a different management now. After reading all the negative reviews, I honestly think that there has been a big improvement. Look for Michael (manager) & Carlton, the 2 main assets of this store in my very honest opinion.
