Oh, yessssss!! it's gone on MANY times and whatevers happened with me has with others as well, and even worse!! The one tried practically picking a fight with me then was obvious who one of the culprits was as while talking to my apt office staff already had my mail in hand but just wanted to make a scene for me in front of them also to avoid accountability and then shoves it back to me (instead of just delivering it already!)
Try GPS mailing trackers for one thing there are some other options too
People or their live ins can have medical issues and require payments and such in the mail they need to be in prison for not delivering the mail THATS THE LAW!! Not all the usual excuses you get from them with their rudeness, again, that about accountability!!
I literally never recall a problem with UPS but I'm not saying it never happens
Anyhow, with one of the first situations my mail was held up for about a week and then finally the mail carrier then told me that it was just sitting out in an unusual place instead of being routed of all things ?
My friends and so many others have been well aware of issues with these places

We've had theft problems at our mailbox in Federal Way and also we've had issues with our mailman not delivering packages that were scheduled to be delivered until days later. Tried calling the post office numerous times and no one ever answeres the phone so I went into the post office to talk to a manager and was told before she even checked that the manager was busy so I never got to talk to anyone. Very dissappointing .

Drove 30 min here to get discriminate and pushed off to the side. I always drop off my packages using the provided QR code never have any troubles before. This location was terrible all computers was not working properly and the staff lady there blamed the connection while continue to assist other people in lines. At first they told me it’s my own problems and i need to move out of the line and i can wait however long I want. They completely ignored me and make me wait for NOTHING. Later they went off and tell me that I’m being “selfish” for trying to get things done. This is absolutely disappointing blaming people for their horrendous worst customer service.

Dose anybody work in the store? I've been calling for a week straight and I sit on the phone for 20 minutes and no answer. Just ringing and ringing. I call during different times of the day and nothing. It's pretty frustrating. My new house doesn't have a mail box but I can't get ahold of anybody here

Website states PO Box access hours ends 545pm, but lady working today 5/6/2024 kept pushing everyone out at 5pm

When my package arrives at Federal Way Post Office it often says package pending acceptance for several days. When my package arrives at another post office this never happens. I do not know if they are short handed or what? It is fustrating!

They are very helpful and give clear directions. When I had a package delivered but it wasn't in my box, different staff helped search for it until it was located. They didn't have to help but they did.

The workers are either rude or incompetent whom you have to tell them how to do their job and howmuch things should cost. Or they do the wrong thing and have to spend a long time fixing it. They are often understaffed, which sucks, but they would get through the line quicker if they were not rude and could do things correctly the first time. I highly recommend going elsewhere, but if you do go here and even want to do something as simple as mail a letter or two, PLEASE look up how much you should be paying beforehand.

They keep closing before 5 even though they're supposed to be open according to the hours on the door & on Google. No sign explaining why or to signify different business hours. It's happened 3 times now!
