I’ve been waiting to 2 weeks for 3 different packages. They did not arrive & no one in the post office could find them. A neighbor brought them to me today! I thought it is the USPS deliverers JOB is to READ the addresses and deliver the mail to the correct address. Why is this so hard?

So I haven’t received no mail for two weeks and every time I try calling this location some guy picks up for a couple seconds and then hangs up on me when I’m trying to explain to him. I really think this is fishy. This is two credit cards and one check that I have not gotten the mail, I get daily mail emails Monday through Friday saying what’s supposed to be in the mailbox there was never ever any delays of what you guys sent pictures of to my email whatever picture I got in my email. It was there that day. all the other mail that’s for other people is there, but not mine

The agent who called me couldn't tell me his name and when I want to talk with a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor. He was talking loud and negotiating was impossible. They just turn it to sender my package.

Our mailbox master key lock has been broken and the post office left a note saying it would be fixed and that we have to pickup mail at the post office in the meantime. This is affecting about 5 of my neighbors as well. It’s been two months and it’s still not fixed. We asked the post office workers and all they said was that they didn’t know. It’s a major inconvenience. They haven’t been helpful. Awful service.

I love the twins lake team post office. They are very helpful and kind. All the girls, new people, and boys! I just wander if anyone knows at what time the self service usually will be closed.

This is really stupid. I have been living at the same address for 5 years. 2 years ago my service started to fail, everything comes back. I have come to speak seven times with the manager and the staff with everything. I have come to see that this problem is fine one week and the next week Everything is starting to come back. I don't understand, please do something. I'm angry, all my postcards are returned, my checks, my letters, everything becomes stupid, they're stupid, they can't find my address.

It's a nice and professional service but if you pay for priority mail or package delivery in 2 days, it will not be there. I paid over $15.00 and over 5 days still not there. They say because of holidays it's slow. So why pay for priority mail. It does not make any sense to pay out for faster service when it's not there. Hello , bad post office service.

I hate hearing that I'm on a training route and that's the excuse I get for not receiving mail or packages.Today was amazing, the carrier dropped my package from waist height. Screenshot the moment it left his hand.Do better.

What a worthless postal manager. When speaking with her, this person refused to listen and simply only spoke. I was gone 3 weeks and allegedly my mail as a single person accumulated to the point where it was all sent back to the sender. I asked why and the female nonlistening manager stated that carriers have the right to return all mail after non pickup after 3 to 10 days. We the home owners don't have a right to keep our mail in our mail boxes longer than 3 to 10 days according to her. After this, allegedly they hold our mail for 10 days before returning it to sender. So we home owners have no rights according to this obnoxious postal manager and postal carriers have rights to return our mail at will. Amazing how d*** this woman was. Mail was taken from my box on the 22nd of Oct and not held for 10 days but immediately returned to sender. Had they held it the 10 days, I would be picking it up now on the 24th of Oct, but no, according to this rude and moronic female, it is all my fault and there is nothing I can do about it. And why is it we dislike postal employees??? I wonder.

They have 2 doors but constantly keep one locked. No one answers the service door. They consistently put the previous PO box owner's mail in my box. Amazon can keep delivery boxes available 24/7 but USPS can't?
Staff is incompetent. I have a PO box and they inexplicably gave my package to someone else.
