Just stopped in to ask about a personal mailbox and got a document printed.
The purple shirt-wearing guy that helped me had the best vibe, and honestly, the morning & last couple of days have been sad, stressful, annoying, etc.
This UPS store employee somehow lifted my spirits.
I don't know if that's his real personality, or if it's hos "customer service persona" either way, he seemed genuine & i got the impression he actually enjoys helping people.
(I withessed him help other people too)
The other employees seemed cool too, I didn't really interact with them.
As far as services offered, they have a lot.
Anyway, thanks again for the information today, and I hope you all at the store today have been told you did good work today, (and everyday, I imagine )
Thanks for showing up today & inspiring me to ne more outging at work

I visited the Federal Way UPS store this past Saturday and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I had placed a large order on Amazon and had 12 items that I needed to return. I felt bad going to the UPS store with 12 different Amazon packages to return at 4pm on a Saturday. I was greeted by Teyinna when I walked in. She was very helpful and made this a very pleasant experience. She was very patient as I had to scroll through my phone to find each of the individual return labels.
I highly recommend this UPS location!! Teyinna and the other staff members were very helpful, patient, & kind.

Had a horrible experience at the Campus Drive UPS store, so I brought my item here and was very happy with the service. Nick was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional which made me feel confident that my item was in good hands. I’ll be returning to this store in the future.

Great services, fast and understanding. Customer service is top tier. When you have a problem with you packages they are fast to get on top of it. There shipping is top tier as well.

I took fishing poles in to be shipped on June 10, the supervisor informed me they would arrive on the 13th. I haven't received them yet. I've called twice to try and find out what's going on and I've been put on hold & disconnected.

Twice I have used this location for Amazon returns and both times the people inside have given me grief over packaging noted both time the items were in original packaging just needed tape. I am not spending 7 dollars for their tape. Do not use this store for Amazon returns. They obviously don’t like them.

There is a young disrespectful cocky male that you have running your store. Knows nothing about customer service and how to treat people, let alone elders. I will be putting a formal complaint in writing to corporate. Let a huge line form, leaving one cashier alone, while doddling in the store. Zero common sense, to assist the other cashier,while also wearing headphones, and no name tag. Gained huge pleasure in down grading and repeatedly antagonizing me with a audience. Was extremely hostile towards me and challenging.
Never have I experienced anything such as this, nor will I again. I will never be back. Good luck with having such a inept, unknowledgeable, unethical, unprofessionsl and extremely lacking individual running your store Received wonderful compassionate, quick service at the location in Auburn.
