Very nice, helpful group of employees and owner. I have always had great experiences both at this franchise and one I still have in AZ. If you are unable to make it in, you got a helper to check your mail for you! The employees truly go the extra mile here.

Horrible experience with a very unprofessional employee here today. Took my item to the Pac Hwy store whose employees were much more friendly and helpful. I’ll be going there in the future.

I want to say that the service here is exceptional! I brought in over 125 photos to be copied that I didn’t have the negatives for and the prints came out beautifully and they called me up when they were ready to be picked up. Luckily they weren’t busy and they were ready the next day. I had them put on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper and then I needed to cut them out myself, but they lined them up so that I could cut straight across and get two photos at the same time on the same line. They were fast, efficient and very polite and a big shout out to the lady in the line behind me who paid the remainder of the balance on my pictures when I didn’t have enough money on me. Wow, that really made my day and now I can pay it forward to someone else. I drive here now all the way from the other end of Puyallup because the service was so good and they were too busy to pick up the phone at the other UPS Store that I called. So a big thanks to Dmitry, Casey, Courtney and whoever else helped with my photos.You are all very competent at your jobs and I appreciate that.?

This is the best UPS store in the world. Masterclass in operations and customer service for this type of store. Crazy how consistently great they are. Each employee is locked it. I know its a UPS store but they're incredible.

This location is right next door to my job which is super convenient for me. But mostly because as soon as I walked in, I didn’t catch his name, but there was a man behind the front desk and he could not wait to help me. He was very friendly very kind. Help me navigate through Amazon on my phone so I could find the QR code to return my Amazon package. He was very nice.

Not open when their hours say they are open. Stopped by at 4:20 pm on Sat and the door was locked and no one was there. 9-5 are their advertised hours. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Came in hoping to ship 2 separate boxes to different locations. Turns out the employee mixed the shipping labels up and my packages went to the wrong places. I had to pay for this to get shipped to the wrong address. Ups support has not done a thing to help me, and I have to pay to get them returned to me now. Will not be using ups to ship them out to the correct locations. Do not come here unless you want your packages to end up in the wrong place

Decent store, nice staff, but it really sucks they are closed at 5pm on a Sat.It’s the busiest retail day of the week being open a little longer would be nice!It’s also impossible to get out of the lot and head West. Nice helpful staff.

I'm giving four stars for the guy that went above and beyond to print the large format photos I came in for. He had some trouble with the printer, but he didn't give up and worked the problem until he got them printed. The second print had a minor ink mishap and he printed it four times trying to get it right. Ended up charging me half for the trouble (which wasn't necessary at all, but I appreciated it). The next time I came in (just two days later) for another print, a couple of young guys are working, and one of them informed me that "The printer doesn't work, someone uninstalled the drivers." I told them it worked two days ago when I was there, he just shrugged. This new generation of workers seems to be doing everything they can to be replaced by robots as soon as possible. I learned how to install drivers when I was around seven years old. He seemed happy to turn away a paying customer rather than dedicate any effort to trying to get the printer working. So one star off the location for the discrepancy in customer service. First guy was awesome, second guy seemed content with being totally useless.

While Google might point you towards this for a FedEx drop off location. It is not one. Even if you have a prepaid label, it will not take it.
