Don't approve work until they get the 3rd party out to provide final measurements. I wasn't given that courtesy and the price, once installed, was significantly more than initial quote. They agree the installer should have told one of us but the answer was pay or the installer will go out to tear out... and I quote that ridiculous option I was given. Great news is the finish project looks great.
Response from owner is disappointing and misleading. I gave them plans and they quoted me for initial countertop. They were $1,700 off, regardless of adds. They confirmed that they would let me know if the price changed and I would have to approve. Owner - did your company follow protocol and get my approval before work was done? The answer is no and that is your simple math.

Tile for Less is a great store, the staff is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They will help you with questions and suggestions, help you load your purchases, and are just all around great guys. Special shout out to Josh, and Damon, you guys rock!!!

Love, love love this place! I'm rebuilding my home aftet a fire and have purchased all my tile and flooring here. 20mil LVP for $2.77 you just can't beat it. Wide variety of items at extremely reasonable prices! The team here is also kind, insightful and have great recommendations! ?? Still absolutely live their tile, stone and flooring not to mention their insight, design assistance and fantastic service. Photos of finish project attached. Thanks again Damon!

Hands down the absolute BEST customer service + assistance I have ever received. Came in not knowing exactly which tiles would best suit my project and came out an extremely happy customer! Frank was running the store on his own today when I went in. He not only helped suggest which tiles to go for, but really went the extra mile by offering to let me bring my project in so that he could measure and cut all of the tiles for me to make sure I had the perfect fit! Between running back and forth from cutting my tiles, greeting + assisting other customers who came in, to answering the phone and ringing people out-- Frank was killin' it & surprised me with his level of professionalism, multi-tasking skills, and positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back to this store because of this gentleman (*and promise to bring an easier project next time lol*) and will of course suggest whoever needs tiling help/products to visit Frank at the Federal Way Tiles for Less location!!

Im a tile contractor of 14 years, I built a amazing relationship with the Spokane branch. They gave me contractor rates. Discounts in large orders, and in return I sent every client to them. I was a favorite of there’s and together we did very well.I moved to seattle recently, and can’t say I’ve had the same experience. The guys here , mark up everything, don’t offer contractor rates, or reseller permits. The prices are nearly double for the same exact tiles from there Spokane branch. The sales reps are rude, slow and use sale tactics to double or if not triple costs.They had a tile labeled in store for $16 a foot then claimed it to be a “special order” as they didn’t have the amount I needed in store, the price then went to $38 per foot.I also paid $34 a tune for hydroblok sealant, yet, it’s $17 at there Spokane branch or any other tile distributer store..Most of there tile is discontinued left over pallets from real suppliers like Daltile or Emser tile, beware, several boxes will be different die-lots and have different shades, and they know this so have a zero return policy! As they know they are selling different color tiles to people.Don’t go here, have your contract supply the tile for savings and to assure quality. They are complete scammers on this side of the state. It unfortunate too as I could bring them a ton of business yet vice versa. But they don’t work with tile contractors.Strange? A tile store who doesn’t work with tile installers. Yet tile contractors should be there main clientele

Josh was super helpful in answering all of my questions. I am a complete novice in bathroom remodeling, and he patiently guided me through the selection process. There was a wide availability of materials and the prices seem fair. This was a really positive experience and I highly recommend.

They have some good prices on tiles compared to most for sure. The only thing I was kinda disappointed on was very little amount of quarter round or bullnose for the tiles but no big deal. Im sure I can find that somewhere else. Most of the tiles there were quite a bit less than anywhere else I looked. Definitely check this store out if you're looking for a few hundred square feet of tile to finish a floor or walls but I was at there smaller branch in Federal Way. The Seattle branch may have a larger stock. We need to support these kind of companies to keep them around.
