Not friendly they didn’t do what I ask for bad service I will try to get hold of the owner or the manager because it’s not right I called the nails shop u are not e me a number to call u please can u gov how to get hold of you I called and they very rude
Cleanliness: She clean one customer foot and come to me to try to fix my nails with out washing her hands or put gloves on
Stylist: Naily she did bad and all of them bad irrtude my nails falls off after 4days and they told me it’s because growing how after 4days we should have them already3weeks

Always a great experience all staff are good doesn’t matter who you get. Very calm and relaxing I'm a VIP customer . Didn’t know that until today but I’ve always felt like I was treated as a VIP

Unfortunate experience and I won’t be going back. My sister’s toe was cut and is still bleeding nearly a week later. My pedicurist was speaking loudly on the phone the entire time and was distracted and honestly looked like she was talking to her imaginary friend. In addition, I asked for some dry skin on my toe to be dealt with, and she didn’t seem to know how to do that. A pumice stone would’ve done it, I think, but I was hoping she would have had a better solution, being the expert. There were manicurists sitting around doing their own nails and one woman was exercising with a hula hoop. Not a professional environment. Finally, if someone is injured at a spa, I have always been offered a free service, or at least a discount. That didn’t happen, and they asked me to pay in cash. Worst, and most expensive pedicure I’ve ever received.

Severe burns from facial wax. Had my brows and chin done. It was painful but I expected it. At first I thought maybe just a light burn but after 3 days the burn began to scar badly everywhere. I would stay away.

I will never come to this place again they have the worst customer service. I paid $115 for a fill,regular Pedi and a fix for 2 nails . When I noticed my nails were bulky looking and the more I looked at them I realized she did not apply the acrylic to my full nail so there was a gap at the top that I normally don't have when I get my nails done unless it's time for a fill. I went back and was polite as I could be and just explain to her and she wanted to argue with me I asked a few customers their opinion on my nails and they all agreed that my nails did not look as if I had just got a fill. Also payed for a design and she applied the most basic design ever but I won't get into that my concern is the fact that she wanted to argue with me and I was so calm and professional with her I was not trying to get over on anyone I just wanted what I paid for and for my nails to be done correctly .

I’ve came to this nail salon for years back when I use to see chau as my nail tech. I never really had a problem with the salon. I go in know what I want and know what I need to pay for and how much it is going to be. For the past couple of months I came back to this salon because it’s more closer and I didn’t think I would have any altercations with anyone. But last month I came in for a manicure and the lady who did my nails always wears a red vest with a church logo on it. I like her and nothing wrong with her. But the services in my manicure that I paid for she did not include. When I was asking her about them she said that the menu is old and that has nothing to do with the manicure I chose. But that wasn’t the case. Her coworker who wears glasses a gentleman came and tried to understand our situation which he did and at the end of the service I was able to get my massage, my hand wax, the hot towel that I paid for. I went in today and yes I can be picky with the nails I decide to do that is why when I walked in and there was literally nobody there I asked to do a manicure on my own nails with a specific design which I showed everyone and someone finally decided to take me. Yes I asked to reshape the nail or try doing the design one more time. One I asked for square and she automatically shaped it to almond bc that is what I had original but had told her that I would like square this time. Then we had to put a fake nail on the pinky bc of how short it looked. Her fault not mine but I still paid for it. Then I noticed that she had gotten frustrated with me because I’m making these comments of how I would like my nails. Doesn’t matter how many colors I chose a design is a design and I asked if it could be done. She started to talk amongst her coworkers in Vietnamese but bc I don’t look a part they didn’t think I would understand. All she did was talk bad about me and how I complain or am too picky. This is not okay. This is your job. If you do not like it then I don’t know what to say. I also work for a company but my job is to give the client the satisfaction they want. Especially when the client is someone like me who kept my cool. Still tipped for her work and listening to me to fix things. Who listened to her saying all these awful things about me. I would never go here again. I think I’d rather drive 40 min away from my house to have better service and know I’m welcomed then being scared to say hey I don’t like this shape you did or the color you put and still walk away with paying for the services and tipping.

I like the ambiance, well lit, large open space that has many chairs and is clean. They will do simultaneous mani/pedi with two people working on you, which is nice if you are in a hurry. 8 love Jen for nails and waxing and Andy for pedi. Quality service, this is my go-to in Federal Way.

Andy is AMAZING. He takes his time and goes above my expectations. Mary takes great, gentle care of my daughter's nails. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Love Sky so much!

This place does nails well (nothing too great but well) but they will PRESSURE you to tip!! And I do tip but the fact that I haven't paid yet and you're already asking me how much I'm about to tip you is wild to me. The service is not great either. They're rough with your nails and even asking to fix something seems like a bother. They cut corners too with your pedicure and manicure if you aren't paying attention. I def don't recommend it. I'm only giving 2 stars because the owner is a really nice lady but other employees are rude and have no patience but have full audacity to ask for 20-30% tips.

Really love my nails this time. She did a great job. They turned out even better than the picture I showed her! I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, but If you have to wait because they're busy they'll ask you to come back so you don't have sit there for hours. I appreciate that. I'm busy, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
