Brought my phone to Tacoma store where I purchased it because I couldn't get the camera to focus and they told me to take it to the Federal Way store and even though my warranty was a few days expired they fixed it for free by replacing a defective part. Within a few hours my phone was as good as new!

On 12/30, I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max into this location to have the back glass fixed as it had shattered. I returned later that day to pick it up and it looked good as new! The sales rep that I spoke with told me I had a two week warranty on the glass in case anything were to happen. She specifically voiced "if it breaks" when she was explaining the terms to me. I also dropped off my Apple watch Series 6 for a battery repair the same day and left feeling very happy with the service.As soon as I got home, no more than an hour later, the back glass cracked again as I was putting my phone case back on. I did not drop it, there was no forceful impact of any kind; and yet the glass shattered all over again. This was around 6:00pm so the store had closed for the evening and I was unable to call.On Sunday, 12/31, I called the Renton location and voiced exactly what had happened to the sales person. She told me I could take it back into the Federal Way store and have it fixed free of charge as long as they had the parts in stock. Monday morning (1/1), I called Federal Way and told them the situation; they also told me I could bring my phone in this week and have the glass fixed under warranty.Last night (1/4), I went to pick up my Apple watch and was greeted by the same sales rep that gave me my phone back and explained the warranty. I asked if I could bring my phone in this weekend for the 2nd repair... she told me yes, and that they could give me $50 off so my total would only be $200. When I asked about the warranty and brought up that I was told it was free of charge, her response was "it doesn't work like that" even though she was the one that had explained the warranty terms to me in the first place. I left very upset and decided to take my phone to the Apple store instead.Since getting my watch back last night, it is not functioning properly. Initially, it turned on and re-synced to my phone. However, less than half an hour after getting it set up, the screen blacked out and it appears to have factory reset. Now it will not connect to my phone whatsoever, even if I go to pair it as a totally new device. It isn't recognized by my phone as pairable. And it continues turning off and restarting as a new factory start, without me even touching it.I am very unhappy and disappointed with my experience to say the least. I wasted $250 on what was probably cheaply made back glass and $80 for a non-functioning watch. Will not be going back.

Definitely a small business ? came in here to buy a cheap unlocked eSim compatible refurb, the salesperson recommended the perfect phone at a decent price (s20 5g at about $280--looks like prices have dropped since then, womp womp.) Even so I was in and out in like 15 minutes. Will definitely be back if I ever need more phone stuff!

They did not have the phone I wanted in stock and they had to order the RedMagic 8S Pro Aurora. I was approved through Acima leasing. They charged me $1,099 for the device which actually costs $799 through the RedMagic website. If you can avoid leasing, you'll save yourself a lot of money to just pay outright for the device because I have a feeling that bumped up the price to take advantage of me. Shipping doesn't cost $300... I'm not happy they charged me $1,099 for the device... But at least I got it and it only took a week to arrive.

recently purchased what was supposed to be an unlocked samsung note 10-+ . i had it 4 days and broke the screen from dropping it on my floor hey this happens right? Then they acted concerned as if they would help me do something about the fact that i left with a device that was under par to begin with. Maria did give us great service but i specifically asked for an unlocked phone and this dam thing can not even be unlocked. very very UNHAPPY with almost a 400 dollar sell and the wait time in store sucks as well.

Great customer service and won't rip you off like your phone provider. Staff is super helpful and didn't make me feel stupid when I came in for a glass repair that ended up just being a busted screen protector. Thank you for your help!
