EDIT: Did not mean to mark 3/5 stars.I did have a single gripe - the guest parking is atrocious. I know it can be a difficult thing to get right, and an even more troubling thing to try and improve once it's already established. Sorry for the accidental 3 star!

The customer service from yesenia was amazing the floor plans and how well maintained apartments are this experience sold me on living at the lodge at peasley canyon as soon as my lease is up where I currently live for the price and safety as well thank you yesenia

I’ve been here more than four months, and only reason we moved here because if they have a outdoor pool and electric fireplaces, and before we moved here from my last apartment we sold our electric fireplace and the last apartment pool never was working and then we moved here and there electric fireplace never worked since we been here and now summer time the pool is always closed and never open yet and always a excuses why its not open and parking sucks and maintenance never gets stuff fixed and always takes two to three weeks to gets stuff done and the security gate never fixed and the office is always closed specially on weekends and the fitness center you can’t use bathrooms because they’re closed and the indoor basketball ball court is always closed and I don’t recommend this place unless they get their act together. Wouldnt recommend anyone live here. No parking spaces at all good luck if you get home after 6pm, even the uncovered/unreserved spots have make shift reserved signs so there are basically none.Also your mail will get stolen off your porch. Tried to work with the office, they arent helpful told me to buy a PO box? We were told there was security and we were getting amazon boxes when we moved in and none of that has happened.Its a "gated community" but the gate has been broke the entire time ive lived here. I think that would keep the dumpster divers I see once a week on my way to work out as well, also the dumpster overflow every week. They need to hire more people to manage the property so there isnt trash everywhere all the time. Good luck with anything the apartment isnt here to help you at all.

I’ve loved here 3 months. There is never parking. They take the free parking and make people pay for it. The office is never open either! They make you pay for maintenance as well

Multiple break ins into cars to ,to many to count. At least over 15 with everyone’s car’s being broken into. Numbers might be higher actually.In some cases multiple times within the same car. Here’s a picture of my car with the broken window.Too many Homeless people be passing leaving at night sometimes even trying to break into your own place.Gate is broken…..your friends or your OWN CAR WILL GET TOWED at your expense $$$$occasionally$$$All the meanwhile the FRONG OFFICE DOES NOTHING about all these situationsSo here’s a blimps of my experience renting here for lil OVER A YEAR …thank god I just moved out of this endless hell

Paying for parking that there is never enough spots for, so people have to park ACROSS THE BUSY STREET and walk back to the complex to get home. Unsafe, unfair, scammy, scummy, and should be illegal. Why do you make people pay for parking spots you don’t have available? How is this legal? 1/5 isn’t even high enough for that alone.Don’t move here. It’s a waste of money and you’ll be paying to park way off site.

Good overall apartment, but lease isn’t right going up $300 extra its just mind blowing and was not expected. Please if you are searching for apartment don’t move here and stay away from this place $2000 monthly for this apartment its just not right and would rather get a house instead.Also keep in mind parking is super hard to get most of the time

Worst place to live ever. Please please don’t move to these apartments. They think I’m the worst tenant in the world and that’s okay. But the service is poor and the staff are mean.I put in a maintenance request to get things fixed in my home and my personal items were stolen. I called the office to report my items missing and I was told I have no proof and I’m accusing them. I went to the office to show them what I meant and the office staff would not let me in the office. And the maintenance man Dru or (whoever the black is) said he didn’t steal and he’s never coming to fix anything in my house again. Candice the manager told me to call the police, put her hand in my face, and told another employee to shut the door so the door could hit me. They wanted me to get angry so they can call the police and evict me. I simply walked way and gave it to God but I don’t you recommend you moving here.

I went with my partner to check out a few places in the area and this one definitely caught our attention. The apartments were really nice and clean as well as the community itself. Yessica was very helpful and informative when it came to asking questions about leasing and what not. Even though I am not in the market to look for a new place till summer time, they were still helpful and I will definitely come back, just for the staff alone.

This review is for Candice Tewari. My husband and I toured her community. And i want to start off by saying how professional and welcoming she was. She was thorough and explained everything with such clarity. We have toured countless of communities in the area. But Candice's customer service was by far one of the best we have seen ever. The community looked amazing and well kept up. She truly cares for what she is doing and it shows. If i could give you 10 stars i would.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Washer broke down 15 days ago and they still have not replaced it nor fixed it. We've called the office a million times and they NEVER answer. The maintenance team is a whole bunch of liars just like the office staff. There's never a manager on site to deal with issues. Parking sucks. Rent is awful high for the low quality service they provide. Avoid this place as much as you can. My neighbors stove broke down a week ago and maintenance has not fixed it either bc its "not an emergency" . WORST PLACE EVER! The entire resident community should come together & complain for the awful service provided.

Absolutely the WORST place I ever lived at. I paid for parking pass. Everytime I get home after 10pm I can't find parking anywhere Weed smokers all over here. I SPENT HOURS DRIVING AROUND THE WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX LOOKING FOR A PARKING SPOT AND STILL COULDN'T FIND ANY. REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT, THEY TOLD ME I NEED DOCTORS HANDICAP DISSABILITY LETTER FOR THAT. FILTHY OVERFILLED GARBAGE EVERY WEEKEND.
