We had a great experience with mobile expert Clarissa! Thank you for the quick and easy walk through of upgrading my phone! I've been with T-Mobile for 15+ years and by far the best customer service experience for me. She was knowledgeable and explained the process with ease. She was even training a new team member and we were still able to complete the process without delay. Thank you again Clarissa!

My daughter bought one of these expensive phones last week.the phone was delivered to her home via Amazon when was speaking with the customer service representative on the phone she advised him she wants to keep the phone number she has been assigned for years. But she was given a 564 area code and different number. We went to the T-Mobile store and the customer service is working in the store called the department that corrects these issues. But after wasteing time and gas issue has not been resolved.

Tmobile I have been trying to get a refund for a lost payment since 9/29. I have filed the necessary forms 5x. 10/1, 10/2, 10/4, 10/9, 10/10. I was promised my money would be returned to me last week, but you closed the case instead. Your customer service has been less than stellar. I have been a customer for over 12 years and do not appreciate the way this has been handled. What else do you need from a bank besides payment confirmation on bank letterhead, a payment confirmation number? It was an electronic payment from my bank account. My next step will be to contact my brother-in-law who is a lawyer and return with legal action.

Elaine was excellent in assisting me with my trade in when Milton, WA store did not and i ended up purchasing another new phone. Store was professional and is a corporate store with excellent employees.

Went there with an exchange student after going to metro pcs which said his phone from India wouldn't work here and we would have to buy a new one. Mune got his phone working in 3 minutes and in under 10 minutes had a phone plan that fit our exchange student and we were out the door. Amazing customer sevice.

I had questions about an app on my phone and Elaina was quick to help me. I appreciated her patience and excellent customer service. She also showed me a camera security system and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product. I plan to return to her when I am ready to make a purchase. I found her to be both very professional and very personable. Overall I had a really great experience with T-Mobile.

horrible customer service no one greeted me when i walked in and didnt even ask what i needed help with. black chick just turned around as if she was so busy which she wasnt doing nothing but scrolling on her phone. hopefully shes full time so she can afford a new wig because the one she had on was trash lol

Today my mom trying to pay her bill through the T Mobile app and insted $60 app charges $6000. Be aware!!! Update July 3 - aftet 4 days the problem not resolved, 2nd trip to the Federal Way stor wasted. They don't seem to care that they created a problem for the client, especially if she's a helpless pensioner.

I had the pleasure of working with Clarissa today and she was more than helpful! She clearly explained my options, the set up/transfer process and other promotions I would have taken advantage today if not due to budgeting. She was kind and patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The other staff were courteous to other customers as well.

My Dad and I came in an wanted to upgrade our iPhones to the new iPhone 14. We had excellent customer service from Troy! He helped my dad and I set up our new phones and he was very helpful and a guy with a great sense of humor! Thank you! I hope you pass this on to him and his mangers! Well done!

My iPhone was saying I was not delivering messages to android's and they helped me out by getting me a new SIM card, no charge and fixed my phone. Thank you so much you guys are the best.
