My son and I were looking to switch carriers. We worked with Steph and she was amazing! She took such good care of us and walked us through the whole process so we understood. She even stayed after closing to complete the process. Beause if her care, we’re walking away happy customers.

My representative was great. But the manager wasn't listening. Was told yes to everything and that was not the case. Yes its in stock. Then oh..sorry we don't have it.

Very poor customer service. You walk in and hear “what’s up bro” instead of a professional greeting. And then they tell me to call customer service for something that they should call them about. While they are just standing there hanging out. Poor experience

I went in to pick up an online order it was an iPhone . When I picked it up I noticed the iPhone box had already been open I also noticed there were a lot of finger prints on the phone it looked as though it had already been purchased or at the very least opened and operated. When I went in to share this information I was told that it is common for products to be sold as open box as customers like to play around on the device. When I shared that I should at least be told about it being open box I was given a shrug saying that’s what we do. I called customer service who said it was not at all a policy and T-Mobile would not sell open boxed items as new. When I went back in I was told it would be a long wait to get a refund and would be charged a $70 restock fee. What is disappointing is that all of this was communicated by STEWART the associate manager who was rude and not helpful. The customer service number was helpful but that’s about it. It is unacceptable that a used/open boxed IPhone would be sold as “new”. Very disappointing considering 3 other locations as well as customer service all acknowledged that it is not a policy to sell opened items as new. I hope something is changed regarding this issue as I would hate to see anyone else deal with this.

My Mother & I had just transferred phone carriers & my Mom’s old ph# had not yet been ported to T-Mobile. When we were ready to port it, they had issues with generating a pin# for the transfer. We then got the run around from SO MANY customer service reps between my old carrier Metro PCS & T-Mobile over the phone & in person it was INSANE!!! We were about ready to just switch back to Metro PCS, since what seemed like should have been an easy task, was becoming a WHOLE PROBLEM/ORDEAL for us. We FINALLY went to T-Mobile in FW & got help from a gal named WYLEE. She was THEE ONLY smart 1 who made the process much easier for us. Everyone kept asking us for SIM cards (which we didn’t have & kept telling everyone we NEVER did have them). BUT instead of arguing with us like most of the reps did, WYLEE actually came up with a SOLUTION!!! She suggested we go back to T-Mobile & have them give us a new SIM card, then in turn they were able to print out a PIN code to FINALLY transfer her old # over. And my Mom is not the easiest customer, she will cuss you out fast. But Wylee had her smiling & laughing. THANK YOU SO MUCH WYLEE.. we REALLY appreciate how you helped us that day!!! And when we need help we’ll make sure to come back your way ?

Horrible customer service. I had several questions about my family plan and the gentleman working there seemed uninterested and was on his phone the whole time. He kept answers to a minimum and told me just to go on the app.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I went in for a simple request of having my bill printed out since I am on a family account and wanted to know everything we were paying for. Got turned down because “people were trying to buy phone” as quoted by the employee. Something they could’ve done that would only take 5 minutes or less! You want more money/commission treat your guests better!

Terrible customer service. We came in to get assistance with an account, and they refused to help us. We waited, and when it was our turn they said "We can't help you, we have people trying to buy phones." Very terrible poor customer service, all because they want to make more commission.

I came in to check out phones and had to wait awhile but that wasn't the problem, I understand and don't mind waiting my turn. I watched the employee who helped me be pushy and rush customers through all their options and purchases. When it was my turn up I got the same treatment, I came in to buy a new phone and I expected to be able to consider my options and have help when needed... They just wanted you to hurry up and leave, did not take the time to help. I'm spending a $1,000 not buying a burger. Very rude atmosphere, I suggest the Des Moines location, my personal experience there was much better.

First time that I actually felt heard at this location. Stewart was fantastic at answering my questions, guiding me through my upgrade and just a pleasure to talk to in general. He will be the reason I return.
