Very disappointed in this facilities operations, however, I do like the storage unit and security operation.
There was an employee who has since been fired that sold my reserved parking space (I only needed it for 3 days, but paid for a month) - she collected the cash, and did not pay me, then was fired. Upon making the discovery and complaining to the front desk (when the place was actually open), I was told to call headquarters - that went NO WHERE, because the employee broke the rules (I didn't know this, but have had to suffer the consequences of a poor employee).
I haven't had the unit even a year yet and my rent was raised 24%! That's a HUGE increase.
If it was easy to move my things I would, but it isn't, so they've got me. Very frustrating.
UPDATE JULY 2024
This place is not only expensive and raises the rent enormous amounts (I love the advertisements right now for a unit the same size as mine renting for 1/3 of the price, and mine has been infested with rodents). Yep, If you store here, check your unit, I've been appalled at the damage done to mine, and insurance covers squat.
The manager is EXTREMELY kind, gracious and helpful. The rodent issue, poor pricing structure and lack of customer service from the home office is not her fault! StorQuest is lucky to have someone like her to quell the nerves and frustration of their renters. Charity gets 5 Stars!!!

I dont feel safe having my items here and had to move everything out. Their gate is left open all night and the elevators are always broken. They charge more then most storage facilities and still have trouble with having someone there during office hours. I been a storage renter here for over 4+ years but after this pass couple of weeks, i took my things and went to another storage unit facility that i felt took better care and listens to our concerns. I dont like leaving negative reviews but feel that this is needed incase of others are thinking about renting a storage unit here.

If I could give negative stars I wouldThis is without a doubt the worst storage unit complex I've ever had the misfortune of renting from.First off, this place markets its self as "heated storage" but I've occupied units in all 3 of their buildings now across the whole fall and winter and it's colder inside than outside.Secondly, my storage unit got rats. I noticed the entire C building had rats and that they were in other units besides mine since I heard them, and the best they did was give me a discount on one month's rent and switch me to another unit. Another unit that, surprise surprise, ALSO GOT RATS. That's the B building by the way. So both buildings C and B which contain the majority of their units, are infested with ratsDuring the 2nd bout of rat issues I gave notice on my unit and proceeded to move my things out. I was out before end of business on the last day I was paid through, and yet even with that they charged me a full month's rent anyways. Charging me like that after telling me I wouldn't be charged led me to budget without that payment in mind, so when it was taken out today I was left stranded at a gas station 150 miles from home with a negative account balance thanks to these people. And now I have to wait multiple business days for the transaction to refund, I owe my F-ing boss money for gas, and the best I got when I called them about it was "sorry" and not a single offer made to rectify the situation or do anything to help me despite again, leaving me stranded at a gas station with no money or fuel 150 miles from home.I can't tell you enough not to rent from these people. You items aren't safe, and they don't care about you or making their screw ups right.Oh also, when I was cleaning out mu unit a Federal way PD officer showed up to investigate units being broken into and I heard the office worker tell the officer that Storquest believes the theft did occur. So this place ain't that secure either.Management knows who this is by reading it, so feel free to reach out to me if you feel like making up for your mistakes. Until then, I hope this costs you a lot of business, because lord knows all of this has caused me so much stress and headaches, you've got this coming now.

I wouldn’t store anything valuable here. Security is terrible. 2 or 3ish dudes broke into 8ish units in one night. Can’t tell how many degenerates there were because the TWO security cameras that barely picked up anything at all had frustratingly grainy footage. My unit was dang near picked clean. They didn’t seem to have any issues at all kicking down the flimsy drive through gate or getting inside the units. Honestly if I were to get another storage unit I would pick one FAR away from Federal Way and ran by someone who cares it would definitely be worth a drive.

Used this storage unit for about 9 months for my fiancé's motorcycle and some other small items, unfortunately the night before we were supposed to clear out the unit, someone broke in and stole his bike.The workers were quick to call us, and made closing out the account very easy on us, that being said we obviously have some very serious concerns about the security of this business now and would not use again.

I would never use them again. First there is about $100 hidden fees like mandatory insurance, using their locks and other charges. Then after 3 months later, they raise their price over regular price to recover 50% discount they gave you in the beginning. Lady who works there was also very rude when you question her about it. I moved stuff out after 6 months.

had to close my storage unit due to hours changing from 5:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night three different times without notification in the end being 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
