This place has excellent customer service, we just were at another elephant wash nearby and went though the wash twice and no water turned on. They said no refunds to keep going through we left. Came here and they honored our receipt and gave free wash! Definitely go here instead with the touch less version not one that felt like it was scratching up our car and didn't wash. Thank you guys for your kindness!

Worst car wash ever. Filthy at 9 AM Wednesday morning. Should be called Public Landfill Car Wash. No attendant here. Ghost Town. Bill changer doesn't function. Only takes quarters and tokens here. I haven't used quarters and tokens since I played Pac Man In 1982. Seems they haven't heard of card readers yet. Guess I'm gonna de-de outta here like every one else and find a real car wash, a garden hose. BTW has sign that says...well I mean reads 'cause signs don't talk...call headquarters. Don't bother, its like a dog with no legs, don't call him 'cause he's like Elephant No-Car Wash, he won't answer and ain't coming anyway.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. For the past 5, 6 years, this place has been going downhill. Inside the car wash literally stinks. I'm assuming the filters haven't been cleaned or changed for year's. I finally had it and moved on to another car wash far less convenient, but much better. The ownership should shut it down, remodel, upgrade the equipment and replace everybody.

God is this place ghetto ! Skip this place it's nasty ! If you arrive early morning the homeless have gone threw the vacuums looking for change. Trash , glass and s*** everywhere in the parking lot. It's over priced for touch less car wash. When you can drive 3 miles doesn't he road and save 5$ and get a better car wash Experience.

Dirty and scary also paid 5.00 to pre soak and tires then went to use touch less wash machine wouldn't take cash or card went to second machine and paid the $15 for the supreme for it to still be completely dirty. Homeless people digging in garbage and approaching ya. Stay away from this place.

I got the VIP wash for 22 dollars. I drive a VW Jetta, a small car. The next price point up from that was 44 which includes inside detailing I presume. Unfortunately the wash was sub par. It left streaky soap lines down the sides of the car and something must have been stuck in the brushes or I don't even know but I rolled out of there with crazy scratches like a claw down the panel between the wheel and the middle of the car. The old man who dried it off put in effort and so I tipped but when I got home I got down the street and fueled up I saw what had been done. Super disappointed and the fact that the Armoral wipes for the outside of the vehicle had my car looking so good and this wash was the TOP one offered or 2nd to top I am not stoked at all. Piece of crap car wash! Run down, machines always broken, trash ALWAYS over filled and the attendants are not very approachable! I used the self service wash at least 3 times and each time my car looked worse than when I came. Particularly the soap residue that was left on the car and not properly rinsed off! Not just a little bit but all around the car! Today I decided to show the attendant and ask to be ran through the rinse to get the crap off of my car! He was obviously annoyed that I interrupted him texting on his phone. Wouldn't even get up to look at it! Instead said if I have a problem to call corporate! I asked for the number and he told me to look on the side of the building for it! He had an attitude like I told him to apply for that job! As I sat to call corporate he came and tapped on my window and said I needed to move. I called him lazy and said I was calling corporate and I would move when I was done and at that point he threatened to call the police on me! This car wash is a total rip off! Nothing ever in stock! Machines always out of order and the POS car wash leaves soap and streaks!

This car wash has a drive thru with attendant, a touch less pull your car into with 4 different washes, and bays to wash your own car by hand with a handheld sprayer. They have vacuums. I usually use the touch less, which does a pretty good job cleaning your car. My car was very dirty and it got most the dirt off! The dryer at the end did a decent job drying my car off and required minimal drying by me. The most expensive wash is $15 and I opted for the $12 wash. I would recommend.
