went tonight 8:25 to get a pair of shoe for my work and tina help me find the right one but when i went to pay for it there was african american lady who was a cashier and i ask for the offer which they have going on in store to buy one get on 50%off and she said u cant get it since i m having work shoes and my work discount didnt make any sense and she was so rude .dont know how to gave custmoer a service no smile was rude while asking questions and pricing i have never seen this type of service in this store .i ve been this store alot time since this store open but this was so disrespectfull the way she talk and act so unsatisfied but tina was nice while the other lady was cashing me outmanagement needs to do something

I am giving you a review you, I visited Sketcher Store for a return item today at 6pm the front desk cashier a female was very rude and impolite, she was tall and looks like pregnant, I respect for her but if she is unable to do her job, it is better for her to stay home, i am your regular customer in your Federal Way store, I always buying shoes for my sons and family at your store.

It's the worst place to shop, the people there are super rude, you ask them to help you and they just point out that you just say it and they don't do it, they're just chatting in a ball, all of them equally Latina or American, I won't go back to that place with those workers. so bad
