The worst customer service you could ask for. I went there 2 days in a row to buy paint the guy helping me named Jeremy was so rude the way he talked to us like we don't know what we need or in that sort. You need to teach your employees customer service skills.

bad experience with the store in federal way I was treated bad ,manager on the store have bad attitude he disrespected me and was talking tome with bad words and when I reacted he try to turn it around on me bad service ,looks like he dosent like his job and told me that wait period for making paint was 4 hrs and told me to live and go to a different store, i dint like it and for sure I left to a different store were they can actually treat customers with respect .

This place has gone downhill. I brought a stain sample in on Saturday to have matched. It was supposed to be ready the next day but I never got notified. When I called Monday morning, they were "Working in it". 4 hours later when I called they hadn't even attempted to start my order. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.
