They just lie to your face about what the product does to get you to buy it. Spent $80 on supplies to achieve a certain color. Was assured it would cover my already somewhat colored (near to the same color) & it definitely did not. Thanks for wasting my money! Will not be back!Even gave them the chance to help me fix it. Moved on from me to another customer when I still had questions & no idea what I'm doing. Lost another sale from me.

Went into Federal Way Sally’s with a ton of questions since I know very little about dying hair. Charity was working, and was so kind and helpful to every customer in there. She was THE ONLY ONE WORKING and still maintained an amazing attitude. Sally’s better give this girl a RAISE!! Seriously!! ??

I had to go into the Federal Way store today because Auburn store is temporarily closed. I'm glad I went into Federal Way store today because Phoebe's Customer service skills were on point! Thank you. Phoebe!

Warning: if you do a buy online and pick up in store at this location, the employees don’t know how to process a return for it! Even the manager doesn’t know. She will tell YOU to call the customer service number to resolve it, instead of calling herself to learn a new skill. Then after you call them, you still have to return to the store again to do the return. This kind of experience will make you see why certain people get stuck in retail jobs and why they never advance far in life. I won’t be returning to this Sally’s, and will avoid Sally in the future.

Best Sallys I went to, tracey and charity are the best ones to go to . Tracey helped me with my hair journey and got me to what hair color I wanted to and charity helped me with frizzy curls! Very much thankful for the team of ladies there to help me !!

I'm giving this place 5 stars for customer service. I have been going to this store for years now. Every single time I've been in this store I encounter amazing employees. Seems like people enjoy working here. I know they went through a hard time during COVID and after due to staffing shortages. They seem to be up and running now. This Sally's is in a great location close to other great stores and restaurants. Super convenient.

Jada, really knows her products. I was here last night, she helped me get some colors to mix into my hair. I love the colors so much, I had to come back and show her today.She recommended that I get a protein pack just because, I had done a bleach and color back-to-back. I will do that tonight.

BACK STORY: Purchased products to "lift" and cream deposit color in my daughter's hair, as well as "lift" and tone mine. My daughter's lift turned out satisfactory, but the color deposit was so underwhelming you couldn't tell we had done it. After contacting Sally's CS for direction, they said to bring the packaging & receipt back to the location for a return--since we did not LOVE it. We decided to return the 2 tubes that didn't work on her hair & 2 new tubes (we were encouraged to buy 4) & developer that was used for that process. We didn't intend or want to return the products used for her lift, and mine, because those did the job. RETURN EXPERIENCE: My daughter emailed CS support for directions on next steps. We produced the receipt, gave the used and new products back, & let the staff member at Federal Way store know we weren't happy with some of the products we were sold. She explained that the staff who sold us the products last week was no longer with the company, as if that had bearing on our situation. She then told us that she wasn't "comfortable with returning a used product" despite corporate CS having instructed us to do so. BOTTOM LINE: If you spend upwards of $200 and aren't happy with the products they were happy to take your money for, or the return process is not what the company's CS dictates, then the Federal Way location is for you!

Sally’s can count it’s days until permanent closing because this store will not make it much longer. I’m surprised it’s still open.I ordered online for store pick up ~hours before the store was supposed to close~I got a message saying “we are working on your order” I went to the store 30 minutes from closing because by then I hadn’t received an update and the store phone was just ringing and ringing but it was a small order so I went in to see if it was ready as it had been a few hours. STORE WAS CLOSED DUE TO AN “emergency” the sign said go to one of the other locations so I called another local store who informed me that it doesn’t even matter the online system will always say they are working on your order even if it’s midnight. Went on to inform me they couldn’t do anything about my order since it was paid for online. Thanks a lot Sally’s, your ordering system should be knowledgeable enough to know if the store is closed for whatever reason and relay that, ‘same day pick up’ does not mean the next day. I also don’t have the time to pick up the order which is why I ordered the day I ordered and NOT the next day. Had the system relayed that the store was closed for whatever reason, I would not have completed the order.

This place is not open til 8pm it’s open till 6. They don’t even change the times on here to match. This is my 3rd time coming.
