Ross Dress for Less offers the latest fashions and great deals at low prices, with a large selection for family and home. The store is pretty clean and has lots of selection, though the line can be ridiculous. Customer service is hit or miss, with some employees being incredibly slow while others are super efficient and helpful. Prices are still better than department stores, though they seem to be going up a bit. The shopping experience can be inconsistent, with some visits being great and others less so, partly due to disorganized merchandise and occasional issues with security.
Workers are trying to keep up with the shoppers. Very sad

It's Ross🤷♀️ the employees customer service skills are just meh and it's hit or miss with the clothes and shoes. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it! Tonight 5/23/25 before closing, not so bad. 3 stars to you Ross of FW!😁

I love Ross because out of the other brand stores it's the only one I can find maternity clothes
