Our pharmacy we go to is not open on the weekends so I had to go here a couple of times for urgent medications.Working in the field many moons ago I must say I was very impressed how they took care of us. Great customer service and help from the clerk tech up front to the pharmacist both times.Thank you for a great experience durning a stressful situation I was face both times. I know personally how busy it can get.

This is the best pharmacy around! A special shout out and appreciation for Bao who has helped me more than once with different concerns and questions. He never hesitates to help and takes the time necessary to understand and explain. They are prompt, kind, thoughtful, caring and helpful.I had been so frustrated with (Ill call it W). pharmacy I had gone to for years. The staff at this Rite Aid pharmacy is great and I have had none of the issues I had at the other. Excellent customer service. They are open all day. They answer the phone. They are not constantly out of stock. They get through their lines quickly. They have enough staff working there.Thanks for being there and taking care of your customers!

Absolute worst uneducated pharmacist on the dam planet. The younger Asian pharmacist in the pharmacy is an idiot misinformed me several times from having me change my medicine to then when I came to pick it up he said I need a authorization so I call my doctor while at the pharmacy to get authorization while I'm on hold for an hour the idiot decides to tell me oh by the way we don't have it in stock. He needs to go back and learn customer service skills and common sense. I wasted 16 phone calls several hours of time and gas. Hopefully rite aid will take disciplinary action on him as he is not fit for his job.

Rite Aid offers medication take back, however their med take back boxes are full every time I go... and they act surprised when I let them know they need to call and have it emptied. it's not a priority so I will no longer go there.

I use this pharmacy because it's one of the only ones that carried my medication. However, it is never ever ever ready. I'll get a text saying it's time to pickup, and I'll go pickup and they'll say they can't fill it for 3 days. I'll go 3 days later and they'll say it'll be ready in 30 minutes so I come back the next day and it's another 30 minute wait. Quite frankly, it's infuriating. I've never had such awful service with a pharmacy and I really wish I could go somewhere else. Ugh. Do NOT recommend. *** I would like to add, the people are nice. They are kind, it's just clearly some disorganization or lack of fluency between the tech and the staff or something*

I absolutely hate this pharmacy customer service is the worst! I go through express script but there are a few meds I get for my son here because I need it asap however no type of professionalism which is sad because your dealing with people's medication. Hate to feel like I'm at the mercy of others rite aide needs to better!

I just scrolled through and read all the reviews for this Rite Aid and I have to say that I actually don't agree with most of them. Granted, I'm basing this on my one and only experience here, but hey-it was pretty darn good, y'all! I mean, I came an hour before they closed (not on purpose necessarily, I'd went to another location closest to my home thinking that's where my doc had sent my script...only to find out that I was indeed wrong in my assumption, and should go to other locations and see if I had better luck. And frankly, THAT location was ridiculous and I've been there more than once. You wanna talk about rude employees, profiling, being followed, wrongly targeted for possible theft for absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER (), completely ignoring you when you're clearly waiting patiently for help at the pharmacy, being talked badly about for again no reason at all and you can CLEARLY hear what is being said, inappropriately and unprofessionally acting personnel with other customers and the conversation being conducted between the two, incompetent and unhelpful, blatantly rude techs and pharmacists who act like you're a complete idiot when you are trying to find out if your script is there, being treated like you're some kind of scum or something for no reason, being told as soon as you walk in (my first experience there) that you're not allowed to have your purse in the store and you'd have to leave it somewhere else to be able to shop there at all, being treated like a shoplifter when you're anything but and it's the first time you've ever even stepped foot in there and have more money than you know what to do with and absolutely NO desire to steal anything from there at all, offensive, rude, insulting, aggressive, confrontational, condescending, ugly, mean, hateful, uneducated, unethical, unprofessional, inhumane, hurtful, ridiculous, atrocious, ludicrous, insensitive, intolerable, insufferable, misguided, miserable, ignorant, embarrassing, horrifying, horrible, terrible awful, bad, bad bad alllllll around in every sense of the way and terms, just an absolute disastrous failure and disappointment of a store. That's the one I'd went to first. I won't mention which one. Not important enough. THIS location though? Even though I'd went in right before closing, I was promptly helped, by a friendly woman at the counter. Gave her my info and she checked with the pharmacist about being able to fill my script. He said yes and to wait and they'd call me. I asked if I could just browse and she said yes and so I did. When it was ready, I'd found a couple things in their amazingly big selection of make up, fully stocked and plentiful which is rare in my opinion (for rite aid particularly)! When I went to pick up the meds it was almost closed, she asked if I wanted to pay for them right there and I said yes and apologized for any inconvenience, she replied with telling me it was fine. Also, while I shopped, I didn't feel uncomfortable because I was followed or watched at all. Because I WASN'T! It was AMAZING. I am ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS followed and treated as a thief and wrongly accused of theft in every store I go in. Literally. It's such a problem I have a suit. It's bad. So I fully expected that kind of experience and was beyond excited to see that I was wrong and I was left alone to shop (AND NOT EFFING STEAL ANYTHING FOR EFFS SAKE! JESUS!! )!! It was so pleasant, so nice, to feel like I wasn't looked at like scum and I guess kinda like...I guess it felt like I was actually being respected as the person that I AM!! And that's sadly not ever the case anymore. I was elated to feel like I was treated appropriately and kindly....I could have hugged those security guards and employees...literally! I left feeling so good, I cried happy tears. When not even an hour before I left another rite aid feeling the exact opposite and crying very VERY different kind of tears and feeling quite opposite of the feel

Had the most amazing experience with the pharmacist and Junius and Cortney at the counter.I’ve been battling with an illness that could be relieved with an over-the-counter medication. The pharmacist was attentive and helpful, then recommended a medicine that has worked!I went to the front and met a young man named Junius who was working behind the counter. I had a mask on and was coughing and he said “I hope you feel better soon .” For a split second I just stood there and stared at him because it’s rare to get that type of care and genuine sincerity anymore. I told him thank you, and we engaged in conversation while he rang up my purchase.He then told me about the seasonal sale on umbrellas and the base. Not only did I buy it but others bought them too. I do believe others in line were just as impressed as I was with Junius!Cortney assisted us by going out of her way to get the umbrella we wanted that was in the back.Rite Aid, you have a great team in the Federal Way store off of 336th, and Junius and Cortney made our experience exceptional!

Customer service is not great.Maybe people at the pharmacy are tired and stressed out and need new job or vacation or something.I feel sorry for them.

Still not willing to trust this business again at this time but the problematic employee is now working elsewhere. Unsure about the two security guards who endanger the safety of others but I'm choosing to assume they are gone as well. As long as I have reason to believe the people causing me problems are no longer associated with or supported by this business and that I will have no further issues there is no reason to not remove the details. I can always add them back if it becomes nessissary. Raising the star rating to neutral.

Worst customer service. They threw the medicine to me and my son. Horrible people at the pharmacy. If you don't like your job then quit. It was today March 29th 2023. Whoever worked at the pharmacy you treat people really bad

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. They tell you one thing, and then do another. I went in for covid shot. If I stayed it would have interfered with meetings I had, so I went back later, a different employe told me that they were closing in 15 min (@8:30 they close at 9.) And they would not be doing the shots. I showed the time on my phone (8:32pm) she still said to come back tomorrow.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!This place need's a crew that is kind helpful and compassionate. There is a lot of people sick not feeling good for the employees treat the like TRASH! In addition this is not a review base one time their been many time. I will give them 0-*
