“Came in on October 7th to take care of some of my banking close to the end of the day. They were having some issues with the debit/credit card printer (BECU doesn't really handle cash or checks, so you need a credit/bank card at the ATM to do some transactions but can print you a card on the spot if you don't have yours). They had about a half dozen people waiting. The concierge at the front desk made sure to check in with everyone and let them know they were going to be helped shortly. When it was my turn they were able to help me get some checks printed as well as offer some advice on additional services they offer. Not pushy, just helpful. I'm happy that a bank with BECU, for the most part every branch I've been to has given me great service.”
