We moved back to the area and were excited to take Kali back to Puppy Village for grooming! Once again, they were so kind and Kali wasn't anxious when I picked her up. The grooming was perfect and she looked so cute. They really know how to cut her hair perfectly! Would definitely recommend coming here.

As an owner of a mini goldendoodle, you're always looking for the best groomers around to get their cut "just right". We have tried so many different groomers all the way in Bellevue, and I have to say this is the best groomer we've been yet.Daisy is 9lbs and already had shaggy short hair coming to this salon. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job evening out her body and trimmed her face super cute, just like the teddy bear I asked. They were also very timely, though usually grooming takes 3 or more hours understandably, they were able to finish her groom in 1 hour. She's nervous and skittish, flinch a lot during at home grooming so I know she can be challenging, but despite all that she came out so well groomed! The gifted bandana to finish off her look is just too precious. I highly recommend this salon for any high maintenance dogs, they really are so skilled in grooming these long haired dogs!

Got my 2 beautiful Maltese puppies here. They just went to the vet and were very healthy. Well cared for before I got them. Reasonable price too.

My fiance and I got our sweet little baby boy named Chancey from this business. He’s the cutest fur baby ever and one day when we have children, he’ll thrive in that environment. Now my fiance and I have found a new love for poodles! The owners of this establishment are kind, funny and very caring towards every fur baby that comes in. Michael and his family are the best!

Absolutely best breeder around. We bought our maltipoo from Michael, when we took her to our vet for a wellness check it was discovered that she had a rare hernia in her groin. Michael arranged to have the surgery performed by his vet at no charge to us when she was old enough to have the surgery.We would definately recommend puppy village puppies.

We love taking our puppy here for grooming and boarding. They give excellent care to him and are very personable. They treat our puppy like their own. Very clean and professional service.

Decent groomer but no better then anyone else,but super super expensive and over priced. My dog always seems to have extreme anxiety and then they tell me she has diarrhea Or some other stomach issues. This has happen more then once. Nothing wrong with her before or days leading up to the groom. Or ever. The hour prior. It Makes me wonder if they give her something that I'm not aware of to make her more pliable. She threw up when she got home. And that's not something she ever does. We feed her a strict diet. I don't think I Will be back. Prices also went up about 45% in less then 18 months. The owner never lets the female asian groomers speak or make appointments, even though they appear to speak English. It's very strange behavior. He takes the phone from them if they answer the phone and won't allow them to take an appointment. They also sell and breed dogs. Humm.

They groom well. And are so friendly. My mini golden doodle enjoyed her grooming section. I'd take her back.

The nicest, talented, most caring people for your pup you'll ever find. I can't say enough good things about Puppy Village. I haven't taken my mini schnauzer anywhere else since I've had him.

I been taking Umi here since her first haircut 1 year ago.They’re easy to schedule with and are flexible too, as long as you book in advance. The groomers are very good with Umi and take good care of her. They always give Umi the best haircuts too! Would definitely recommended.

Always fantastic with my old dog tweetie. I’m not sure if she gives them any trouble but if she does, they don’t show it at all. Always gentle with her and she looks and smells great afterwards.

*The package was never opened,and I've never asked for a refund. Please don't lie.The reason your business received a one star is because of your poor customer service. You can clearly tell that the treats were from your store and the treats were un opened (Why would you lie that the treats were opened?) I have politely asked if could be exchanged not refunded because they haven't been opened. I just wanted to exchange to a different treat that I can feed my puppy because there are certain ingredients that I do not feed my puppy.Why are you lying in the comments? I have never asked for any money, and the treats were not opened.I will make sure to let a lot of people know that you guys not only have poor customer service, but also write false information in the comments you make yourself look good.

I called this establishment to ask for assistance and advice to help me find my missing teacup chihuahua. I spoke with 2 different individuals. Altho my call had nothing to do with getting my dog groomed or purchasing lovely clothing for my missing furbaby the w individuals with whom I spoke were congenial and helpful, compassionate and encouraging. I'd recommend this business to anyone! Thank you all!
