Great communication very nice people leave you stuck never able to pay back loan due to huge closing costs, out of pocket expenses and horable interest rates also estamated escrow and payment amounts leave you in a losing position.

Cara is the number one best loan officer I have met in my 20 years of being a real estate broker. Her follow-up and communication is unbelievable. Everyone of my clients boasts about how great she is. They always talk about the communication level she has, and the compassion and care for their situations. They all tell me that they feel like they make a bond with her and her team. Her assistant Rachel is unbelievable, if Kara is in a meeting or with somebody else or on the other line, the service doesn't drop one bit when you're dealing with Rachel. And the same goes with the communication and they bond my clients feel with them.
