Very interesting business concept that we didn't know about when we chose a breakfast location. Food was excellent as was coffee. Portions were generous. Mostly counter service so can't comment much in service. We will go back when in the area

Great staff, lots of seating, big menu of cafe/coffees, and big menu of diner foods (lunch menu starts 11am /breakfast all day). Cool spot
Located in Federal Way, Poverty Bay Café is not just a place to enjoy delicious food; it's a beacon of community support. Originally owned and operated by the Olmstead family, this iconic eatery now supports FUSION. Dan and Alice Olmstead donated their restaurant to FUSION in a beautiful act of kindness, and we can only hope to honor their legacy and continue to serve our community as they have done for many years.
